Leandrea's POV
I stormed into the class with Natasha running a few paces behind me and spotted him.
Him. That jerk.
"What the hell do you think you were doing Ryden! I shouted interuppting his conversation with Dylan. A few students stopped to stare at us but I honestly didnt care.
"Nice to meet you to Leandrea," Ryden replied coolly. "What happened? "
"Oh don't act as you if don't know what happened," I yelled back and I felt Natasha's hand tighten on my shoulder. "How could you do that!"
"Leandrea what are you talking about?" He asked confusion shown on his face.
"Cut the act Ryden," I taunted. "You know very well what's going on. I trusted you with this! How can you be such a jerk!"
"I have no clue what you're talking about," he said in a irritated tone standing up so that he towered over me and I shivered a bit. "Can you please stop being an idiot and actually tell me what's happening? Cause yelling your ass out at me isn't helping."
"Outside," I said as I gritted my teeth together. This boy was impossible!
I stalked out of the class under the gaze of most of the students with Ryden behind me."Speak up," he said as soon as he shut the door.
"You took Marlene on a date to the park last week?!" I shrieked my voice rising a few octaves. "The park?? Really Ryden?!"
"Well it was pretty much a last minute plan," he said with as shrug. "There weren't any reservations available."
"Still the park?!" I continued. "That's the best place you think of! What kind of boyfriend are you!"
"Who the hell are you to tell me what kind of a boyfriend I should be," his annoyance clearly potrayed in his eyes. I was glad the corridor was empty and everyone was in class on making out in the closet or washrooms. This conversation would be really awkward with people around.
"I'm your girlfriend's sister," I said stepping closer to him which made him take a step back and bang into the wall. "I think you need a reminder that you need to keep her happy, to live. I don't think a first date in a park classifies as something to give you joy."
"She was happy okay?" Ryden answered me. "She was having fun feeding the ducks."
"Screw the ducks," I snapped. "You'll just talked and fed ducks. You didn't even feed her. A girl needs food mahn," I said as Ryden rolled his eyes. "Don't you think that she would have liked something else other than feeding ducks.
"She said she was happy and that she had a great time."
"Well she couldn't tell you that your date sucked on your face, could she?" I said feeling my anger boil. "She didn't want to talk about your date for an entire week. She just told me yesterday."
It was true. After my mother quickly sent Marlene out for her date the day I returned from Jessica's place, I spent the entire time wondering what Ryden had in store for her. I'd pinned Ryden for the adventurous sort.
Maybe they'd go go-carting
Or for a drive-in movie.
When she returned a few hours later, and told me that her date was 'fine' I knew something was up, but I shrugged it off thinking she was tired.
When she refused to improvise on the 'fine' at all, after my constant pestering my doubt started to get stronger. But Ryden was coming over regularly and they were behaving like a perfectly normal cheesy couple. So I just blamed my imagination and carried on.
