Leandrea's POV

"Stop moving Leah," I heard Natasha's voice groan behind my shut eyelids. "I might end up plucking your eyeball out, which - I should add- is very tempting but the scene would be pretty gross."

"Fine," I muttered under my breath as I felt the tip of the eyeliner pen slide over my eyes, doing my best not to flinch.

I can't say I was a professional at putting on make up. In fact, I couldn't even put lipstick for myself! Which was one of the reasons why I landed up calling Nat over to my place before we headed for Jeremy's party.

"Oh my God you look hot Leah!" I heard my twin coo and smiled keeping my eyes shut. Normally, Marlene always did my make up, but this time I let Natasha do it. A small part of my heart ached at the memories of Marlene putting make up for me and drawing all over my face with mascara.

"Okay, now slowly open your eyes," Nat whispered behind me and did as I was told.

I wasn't expecting what I saw in the mirror before me.

A pair of sky blue eyes looked at me, highlighted and defined by dark eyeliner and pale eyeshadow. The stuff that Natasha put on my cheeks brought out my cheekbones and my lips which were a shade of subtle pink. My hair which I had been praying wasn't burnt, fell to my chest in luscious blonde locks. Finally a white strappy dress that stopped at my thighs with a blue belt complementing my eyes, covered my body.

Even though, the dress was too short and the back was dangerously low, I had to admit - I looked good.

"Thanks so much Nat," I said hugging my best friend who was wearing a short black dress with a wide neckline and her red curls straightened. Her black eyeshadow and eyeliner brought out her green eyes and her lips were a dark red. "Kevin's going to be falling for you."

"I can say the same about Jeremy," She said.

"Are you'll even together?" Marlene asked from her place on my bed in her sweats. Dr. Stone had strictly forbidden her to come, but she seemed to be taking it pretty lightly. "You haven't spoken to him since what? A week?"

"He's probably busy," I said but I knew she wasn't convinced. I wasn't either. "Plus nobody has heard from him either. Not even Jessica."

"Weird," Marlene said putting her hand on her chin as I donned my boots. "Anyway have fun and don't drink too much."

"Says the one who calls me at 3am to drive her home," I said sticking my tongue out at her and she laughed.

"Don't be surprised if your sister comes home without her V-card," Nat told Marlene. "If I was Jeremy, I'd be struggling to keep it in my pants."

"Well its high time she lost it," Marlene joked back. "She's had it for 17 years."

"You two know I'm right here right?"

"Yes," they said together and I signed. Leaving your best friend and twin together was a bad bad bad idea.

Suddenly my phone pinged and I rushed to get it. I'd been doing this since Monday expecting a text from Jeremy but it was never him. I was honestly sick of wondering where he was and constantly checking my phone. My mind was torn in half debating whether I should spend my time constantly worrying about him or just forget about him and let him die.

"Its from Kevin," I said reading the text. "He's downstairs. We should go Nat."

"Just a sec," she said as she strapped on her heels.

I hugged Marlene goodbye and dragged Natasha downstairs.

"Damn you look hot," Kevin whistled as Nat got into the seat beside him while I sat behind. "I think my car seats are going to burn soon."
