Leandrea's POV
"How did you sleep last night?"
I raised an eyebrow at Ryden as I slammed the car door shut and he turned the key in the ignition.
"I mean," he continued. "Did you hear any noises from the corridor last night?"
"If you're asking if I heard you and Marlene 'do it' last night, no," I said scrunching my nose in disgust. "And before you begin I don't want to know the details. I just hope you used protection."
"We didn't actually sleep together Leandrea," Ryden muttered keeping his eyes on the road. "I'm not stupid to do such a nothing when she's in such a condition."
"You never know."
"Did you just imply that I'm stupid?" He said gesturing to his body where my eyes lingered secretly. "Like have you taken a look at this! I'm the definition of perfection!"
"What's the point of perfection?" I laughed "And I don't want to see anything. Thanks."
"Don't deny it," Ryden said wiggling his eyebrows at me. "I can see your mouth watering."
"How about you concentrate on not killing us?" I replied. "I have a life unlike someone out here."
"You must be talking about the chic riding with me in the car," he replied winking at me. "She's pretty wasted."
"You're delusional," I sighed as I saw the school building draw near.
When my alarm woke me up this morning, my dream filled my vision.
Jeremy's hands around me.
Kissing me.
I begged myself to stop thinking about him as I headed down for breakfast and then went to school with Ryden.
"You have English with me right?" He asked as we got out of the car I'm the parking lot and I nodded. We'd reached early today and the parking lot was still filling up. Friends greeting friends who'd they'd just met the previous day with huge hugs.
Ryden and I headed towards our lockers and I kept a sharp eye out for the Hasting siblings and Natasha.
"Where are you of to Leah?" A high pitched voice said behind me and I turned around to come face to face with a face loaded with foundation and eerie green eyes lined with black mascara surrounded by a lock of straight blonde hair with green highlights.
Chelsea. Our school slut.
"Heading to Jeremy?" She asked a smile making it's way on her blood red lips that matched her extremely tight top and boots. "Or looking for an empty closet for you too?"
I felt Ryden stiffen behind me but he didn't move.
"What do you want Chelsea?" I asked. I'd never really spoken to her. I tried to avoid her as far as possible and I apparently did it well. I'd heard a million stories about her bitchy attitude from Marlene and I didn't want her in my life. Guess I wasn't that lucky.
"I want what you have," she said gritting her teeth and I realized a crowd had started to form. "I thought you were a quite girl who liked to read unlike Marlene. But wow you turned out to be a player!"
"What do you mean?" I asked and she chuckled as she ran her hand down my cheek her nails scratching them.
"Oh don't be so innocent Leah," she drawled. "We all know you've been using Ryden and Jeremy to satisfy yourself. First Ryden and now you're dating Jeremy? Damn you're faster than your twin girl!"
