I feel useless
I feel ashamed
I feel trapped
I feel pain
I want to make a difference
I want to be influential
But I know that I’m
Not living up to my potential
I feel trapped
Just taking up space
I feel like my life
Is ultimately a waste
I want to be a leader
To make changes in the world
Be a person to look up to
For every boy and girl
but I lack motivation
Nothing keeps me driven
Because fear keeps me down
And my mind is my prison.
