My heart aches
It stretches for miles
Longing for your beauty
And that breathtaking smile
As I lie in the dark
I pray to the stars
I pray for tomorrow
But tomorrow is too far
I need you tonight
To hold and embrace
To melt away the world
Into our own special place
As I wait for tomorrow
You stay on my mind
it's all I have
To pass the time
Without you
Life wouldn't be the same
I wonder what would happen
If tomorrow never came.
