You’re stumbling through life
You’ve lost your way
You’re struggling to make it
Throughout each dayThe path you’ve chosen
Is cold and dark
It’s put a hole
In your empty heartYou play the victim
In your own head
You can’t be alone
So you fill your bedBut even those men
Can’t give you closure
So you hit the bottle
And give up being soberYou numb your body
Just to try to get by
You hit a new low
Every time you get highYou’re lying to yourself
But from what I can see
You’re worth so much more
Than who you turned out to be.
