That fire in your eyes
Is no more than a spark
The flame that lit your world
Has slowly gone dark
Your heart is breaking
And you take the blame
Still I watch you smile
Through all your pain
You think you’re stuck
That your life’s deranged
But believe in me
And it all can change
I can be the light
To guide you home
I’ll walk by your side
So you’re never alone
You say life is hell
You succumb to the heat
Just close your eyes
And melt into me
