Chapter Four

Fucking scary ass. Yea, That's exactly how she felt right now. She snorted in disbelief as she walked towards the cafe still not believing herself right now. This was definitely not her. She was going to ask Normani on a date or something along those lines but her tongue, Lips, fuck her whole body wasn't working to going anywhere towards Normani and talk to her. Lauren shook her head, she just needed a different approach for Normani. Normani was different from the other girls she goes after so she would need a different approach to talk to her. Yea, that's it. I'm not a punk. I'm just being cautious. Lauren nodded while opening the door to the cafe. Her phone vibrated signaling a text that came through. She opens the message seeing that Karrueche was telling her 'good luck' and if she won she would get a reward. Lauren smirked, shaking her head. The only reward I want is to actually talk to Normani or get a kiss from her. Kiss would be better though. Lauren continued walking towards the care with her mind on Normani . I wonder if she would go to the party tonight? Maybe I can talk to her there? Maybe even get a dance? Lauren smiled at that thought and then shook her head, focusing on her game later today.

Thankfully it's Friday and she has to concentrate on her game and that her team has every year to get them ready for their seasons since she was captain. She was thankful that the day was going by fast since it is now lunch and she was hungry. While making her way through the lunch line she picks up a grilled chicken Caesar salad and hears a familiar voice behind her, "Hey Lauren".

Becky, of course. Lauren turns and smiles at Becky, "Hey Becky. How are you?" Lauren decided to make small talk while waiting to pay for her lunch.

"Could be better?" I'm sure you could. Lauren smirks knowing that Becky still wanted to wife her up. "What about you?"

"I'm great" Lauren smiled at her while paying for her food, "Ready for the game tonight"?

Becky looks her up and down, "Yea I can't wait to see if you still got it or if you're going to get distracted". Lauren chuckles a little about what Becky said. Distracted ? By what? you? Girl please.

"Still got it, huh?" Lauren looks away before coming closer to Becky still with eyes down. Becky's eyes widen with lust before licking her lips,

"Yea. You may have lost some of your skills" Lauren chuckled at that thought. Lauren turn to her with a seductive look in her eyes making again Becky stop breathing for a second. Got her.

"Nah, but I thought you already knew how good my strokes are tho", Lauren says with a smirk and raising her eyebrow at her. Becky blushes. "See you later, Becky". Lauren giggles, winking at her and then walks away.

Lauren sets her tray on the table and sits next to Dinah. Out the corner of her eyes, she sees Dinah smirking at her while shaking her head. Lauren groans, knowing that Dinah saw the Becky interaction.

"Keep it to yourself, Dinah Jane ". Lauren rolls her eyes while fixing her salad.

Still Smirking, "I have no idea what you're talking about Lo".

"Sure you don't" Lauren takes a bite of her salad as her eyes searches the cafe for the girl who have captivated her thoughts all morning.

"Although I would say that you almost made the girl faint by being so close to her" Making Lauren laugh. "Damn" Dinah shakes her head smiling, "We'll you wouldn't be my best friend if you didn't though" Lauren shrugs her shoulders and then nods her head. This is true. Ally comes over and sits across from her and smiles at her. While Kehlani across from Dinah while pulling out her lunch from her bag.

"Soooo Lo?" Lauren looked up at Kehlani after taking a bite of her salad, "How's Becky doing with the breakup?" Lauren glared at Kehlani as Kehlani and Dinah laughed at her.
