Chapter Twenty - Five

The day after homecoming, Lauren had picked a couple of songs that she wanted Normani to dance to. There was August Alsina- kissing on my tattoos, Chris brown – No Bullshit, Focus by H.E.R  , or even Ciara – Body Party or Promise. There were actually quite a few songs that Lauren liked so if Normani wanted to give her more than one lap dance, she was completely for it. She was currently stuck between two songs in particular. One was Earned it by The Weeknd for a few reasons. One, Normani definitely earned the title of her girlfriend and two, Lauren earned another lap dance by being faithful, patient, doing Normani favors and a bunch of other things as well. Yea I definitely earned it! Or she could pick Beyoncé – Rocket or Dance for you  since theses are 6 minutes long so that means a long lap dance which she definitely wanted.

She was running down the stairs and trying to decide between those two songs when she heard her mom call for her as soon as she reached the door. Her hand was on the door, one step closer to Normani before stopping and going to the kitchen to see what her mother wanted. As soon as the kitchen came in view, Lauren saw her dad with a smile on her face, leaning against the counter with her cup of coffee in her hand. Thankful, she was quick enough to put the cup of coffee down before she all but ran to her and jumped in her arms with her laughing at her. She was excited to see her dad and as much as she wanted to hang out with him, she wanted to hang out with Normani too. Lauren was reminded about how different her ex and Normani are from each other again.

Lauren knew she should stop comparing the two but she couldn't help it, especially with how fast she was falling for Normani. Yes, Lauren Jauregui aka a player according to Dinah and everybody else, who said she was going to be single her senior year is now in a relationship and is falling for Normani Kordei Hamiliton and to be perfectly honest, she wasn't even mad about it. She was scared without a doubt but it was different this time. It was exciting and thrilling and so many different emotions that sometimes she couldn't control but she liked it. If she would've told her ex .. her dad was in town, she would've still made Lauren come over or suffer the consequences. If Lauren would've even suggested of canceling their date then her ex would get pissed off. Not Normani. When she called and told Normani, Normani completely understood and told her to spend time with her dad. Lauren promised that they would find time, unfortunately that time was hard to come by.

So, for the past two weeks when they get some alone time together, Normani has been reminding Lauren what she has and not to wonder. The couple of times that they have been alone in their spot in the library, Normani would get Lauren hot, bothered, and wet then pull away and leave. Basically killing Lauren slowly. Granted, the reason she would leave is because they would either have to go to class or to their practices but it was still driving Lauren mad. Lots of cold showers and wondering hands.

So now that Lauren has finally got the time to spend with Normani and Normani had time for her as well on the weekend, she went over to Normani's house to relax. Unfortunately, as she sits on the bed with her back up against the pillows, she watches as Normani has a conversation with Shana about who knows what. Normani forgot that she told Shana that they could hang out a while ago and Shana was definitely not taking a no for an answer since she was there before Lauren showed up. Sneaky ass hoe.

Lauren glared at her as Shana continued asking Normani questions in which Normani answered about some class. She rolled her eyes before landing them on Normani who was wearing runner shorts and a long sleeve shirt. Lauren couldn't blame her since it was getting colder outside but was thankful that she was wearing shorts. Lauren smiled as she watched Normani talk so passionately to Shana about the class. Must be dance. Lauren just liked how passionate she was when it came to her interests that Lauren couldn't help but love her. Love? Lauren shook her head and smiled at herself, she was gone. Lauren starts getting excited when she feels like Normani is ending their conversation but then Shana asks another question to keep Normani in the conversation. Lauren glared at Shana because the lamp shape head ass bitch knew what she was doing which was to keep Normani away from Lauren and Lauren wasn't fucking it. Lauren didn't like to share Normani's attention especially with people who wanted her girlfriend and when she was extremely frustrated. Sexually frustrated. Her phone vibrated in her pocket and she pulled it out to see Karrueche texting, asking to hangout. Lauren bit the inside of her cheek before putting the phone back in her pocket without replying back. She didn't want to put herself in a bad situation but also didn't want to stay here when she didn't have her girlfriend's attention and it was on an another bitch. "Yea, I'm gonna go" Normani held up a finger to Shana, making her stop in the middle of her sentence. Normani turned her head towards Lauren, frowning at her.
