Chapter Forty

Normani was sitting in the car, waiting for Lauren to get down taking a shower while listening to SZA's album. Lauren walked out of the door in sweats and a beanie on her wet hair while talking to Becky. She rolled her eyes because it seemed that every time she looked up, another hoe was trying to fuck with her girl. Becky, Selena, Justine, Cyn, Camila..... back to Becky who is clearly flirting with Lauren right now but Lauren curving all the slick. Shit she trying to pull. Yes, Normani was happy that she got a girl that was not only gorgeous but amazing and talented. However, it just annoyed her that everyone wants to steal her girl from her. She rolled her eyes then shook her head,  She looked up and made eye contact with Lauren who grinned at her before turning to cut off Becky in mid sentence before jogging to the car. "Thank God" Lauren opens the door and throws her bag in the back then climbing into the front seat.

"Well hello there, love" She greeted her with a fake British accent, making Normani grin at her. "Did one enjoy one-self"

"Why yes darling I did" Lauren's eyebrows shoot up since Normani British accent killed hers and it was sexy as fuck, too. "It was enchanting to see you in your element" Normani replied back with a wink before putting the car in motion. Lauren leaned in kissing her cheek,

"Not fair" She mumbled into her neck, "you did that good as fuck" Normani giggled as Lauren pulled away and buckled her seatbelt then paid attention to the song.

"Soooo... I figure we would stop and get something to eat because I'm starving" Lauren frowned at her, "What? I'm hungry baby"

"That's what I'm here for" Normani laughed, "What I'm serious? I want you and I've been deprived for too long" Normani shook her head,

"Well I've been deprived too long from food so you're gonna have to wait bae" Lauren whined,

"No baby. I'll cook for you" Normani raises her eyebrows, "Whatever you want" Normani swayed her head back and forth,

"That's sounds good but I was just gonna settle for either some wings or pizza" Lauren mouth drops getting Normani to laugh, "What?"

"Are you serious right now?" Normani grinned. Lauren shook her head as she pulled out her phone, "I can just order it and have it delivered to the house. That way I get full from you and you get full from the pizza." Normani laughed, "Dominos or Pizza Hut?" Lauren asked strolling through her phone,

"Dominos please" Normani answered, putting a hand on Lauren's thigh. "Thank you"

"You can move your hand inside my pants since you wanna thank me and shit" Lauren said while dialing the number and getting Normani to laugh again knowing how serious Lauren was being right now. "Hello... I would like to place an order for delivery" She said before scrolling through Normani's phone again for the song.

"Pick up babe" Lauren rolled her eyes,

"Actually I'll just pick it up instead.... yes" Lauren found the song, pursing her lips at not hearing anything for a second before the melody came on, "Baby what kind of pizza do you want?" Normani licked her lips,

"Meat lovers is good" Lauren glared at her playfully since she was on hold for a second,

"You know damn well you don't like no meat so why say that shit?" Normani laughed at her girl,

"I do too. I like sausage on my pizza Lo" Lauren rolled her eyes,

"I got your sausage" Lauren grumbled,

"Well you never gave it to me" Lauren whipped her head around to look at Normani, "Sooo"

"Are you sayin that I can" Lauren glanced down and then back up,
