Okay, listen up. Lately I've been seeing a lot of my mutuals and friends and acquaintances being like "imma be rich" "imma be famous" and this and that. Look, that's actually so good that you want to set high goals and stuff, but these are the exact same people who put literally NO effort into reaching these goals.
"but why are you ranting about this? what does it have to do with you?" You might ask.
Well, it doesn't, but as a person who has been in those ppls exact spot and SOMEWHAT in the spot they dream of being in, I will give my full opinion on it.
Without effort, you will never reach a goal. For years I personally have been like "I wanna be rich and famous". That didn't really come true. Why? Cause I didn't put in the effort for it. Like look at it in the way of....idk education. Like say you wanna be a scientist. To be one, you have to graduate grade school, then graduate college/university. You can't just be like "I wanna be a scientist" and expect to be one without completing school. That's the same exact thing as success. There are no escalators to success, only stairs. You have to work your way up for it. Most celebrities you see in Hollywood are not famous by birth or their family or whatever. They were ordinary people who worked their way up for an extraordinary position.
So the next time you are like "I wanna be rich and famous", remember that really the only way to achieve that is to WORK HARD for it. (Unless you're lucky and win the lottery or something, but that's different).
