If you don't know what's happened in Charlottesville these past few days, please look it up.
White supremacists still exist. Nazi-ism still exists. Racism still exists. This is not who we are as people. Nobody is born a racist. Nobody is born hating another individual.
I just don't get it how in America, LITERAL nazi's and anti-semetics can carry torches on school properties, run over people with cars; ending up killing and injuring a couple beings, and can remain confident they will still have their jobs on Monday. Heather Heyer (32) was not JUST killed in a car crash. She was murdered in a domestic terrorist attack. Even after all this, the media still fails to recognize this as a terrorist attack. It is not an "accident". It's TERRORISM and MURDER. Like hey, the TIKI TORCH COMPANY has officially denounced white supremacy and not yet the president of the United States. Just let that sink in... Hate groups have no place in America...or anywhere in the world. What a tragic mark in this nation's history. What has become of this country? Come on guys...we are better than this.
Let's stand in solitary to all the people that fought, bled, protested, and died for equality. Let's all remember all the people that got murdered because of their skin colour or sexuality or gender. Let's all unify and stand against hate. "When you are accustomed to privilege, equality looks like discrimination"
