Hey everyone, this is just a VERY quick msg/rant but if you don't live under a rock, you probably are already aware of the hurricane that is going to hit southern Florida and the islands surrounding them.
Hurricane Irma is a hurricane that is currently speeding around 230 MPH in the Atlantic Ocean JUST off the coast of the Caribbean islands. This hurricane literally just strengthened to a category 5 hurricane. If you don't know much about hurricanes, lemme just tell you that Harvey was category 4. This Category 5 hurricane is the biggest in an entire decade AND the current size of this is bigger than the state of Ohio.
Hurricane Irma Is going west meaning it is most likely going to literally run over the countries of Puerto Rico, Haiti, The Bahamas, etc. But let's talk about poor Cuba for a second. If everything goes as predicted, the hurricane will LITERALLY wipe out most of Cuba as it is in its path. Obviously southern Florida is a concern also, especially the city of Miami and its surrounding suburbs.
What has really been pissing me off today is that all over the news I see them ONLY talking about Florida. I mean yes, Florida is going to be affected tremendously, but think about the other islands too. It seems like nobody really gives a shit about anything unless it takes place in the USA or unless it interferes with their vacation plans.
But to be quite honest, many of these hurricanes wouldn't even happen if the dumbass president believed in global warming. Like that dude cares more about deporting innocent undocumented Americans but does not care that half of the country is literally underwater. I mean...there was a hurricane just a few days ago. How often can this even happen?!?!
But yeah, I'm well aware that many of my followers are from Florida, so whoever is there, pls get somewhere safe and I'm praying for yalls safety🙏
