I CANNOT FREAKING BELIVE THIS AT ALL. First of all, Mark had the CHOICE to either tackle the psychopath, to potentially save his sister, and everyone else in the venue, or not do anything about it, and let that damn monster kill more people. Also, just because Kevin fu***ng loibl did not hurt Mark PHYSICALLY, does not mean he did not hurt him EMOTIONALLY and MENTALLY. How tf can the venue say that Mark cannot file against them for emotional distress. He saw his own little sister get shot and DIE in front of his own eyes. He was sitting on the ground, literally right next to her pale, lifeless body, hoping that somehow she would survive. HE GOT IMPACTED. The venue's lawyers are so stupid that it physically hurts. It scars people. He will forever be living in grief and in regret, with "what if's" going through his mind every single day. There WAS security. But according to many guests, they were NOT doing their jobs properly. Instead of checking everyone with a pat down, they rushed and let that asshat get into the venue with 2 guns, a hunting knife, and 2 magazines of more bullets with no problem. HOW DOES A PERSON GET INTO A VENUE WITH THAT MANY WEAPONS?!?! All this while people couldn't even get in with GUM AND A WATER BOTTLE. After the show, they were sitting around places, socializing and popping balloons. NOT DOING WHAT THEY ARE SUPPOSED TO BE DOING. This could happen to ANYONE, and this lawsuit is made to make sure it won't. It is the venue's responsibility to keep all the performers safe, and it's sad to say that the Grimmie family is losing this lawsuit, when they obviously deserve to win.
