-The sister directs them to the 23rd district
-Erin and Evelyn go to the district; her vehicle was never reported stolen
-When they get back to the 21st Evelyn asks Mouse to search the CPD street cameras near the sister's house
-She is seen driving the car out of her house 10 minutes before the crash
-Mouse then pulls up the footage from near the bridge the crash occurred on
-They see the sister walking away from the crash
-Jay and Antonio go pick her up to bring her in for questioning
-Evelyn watches as Jay interrogates her
-She sticks to her stolen car story until Jay says that if she sticks with this story she'll be charged with a hit and run and intentional bodily harm to another individual whereas if someone asked her to cause the crash she'd be charged with criminal negligence only
-The sister breaks and admits that the plan was the crash would kill her brother's ex-wife so he could have the kids
-Jay arrests the sister for criminal negligence
-Erin, Evelyn, Antonio, and Jay go to Wesley's house and arrest him for intent to murder and a hit and run
