We get the word that the teens are on their way so I and the crew start getting everything set up on the dock.
After some last minute makeup touches we sit in silence and wait for the kids...
...
"I'm bored!"
Just then I see a white boat coming in from the distance. FINALLY! Time to do what I love most.
In 3,2,1...

Welcome back to Total Drama Island! Alright. It's time to meet our first 11 campers. We told them all they'd be staying at this 5-star resort. So if they seem a little T.O.'d, That's probably why.

Our first contestant, Beth, arrives at camp.
"Beth. What's up?"
Beth
"It's so incredulous to meet you!
Wow, you're much shorter in real life."
Chris
"Uh...thanks."
Alright, who's next?
"DJ."
D.J.
"YO, Chris McLean! How's it going?
Hey, you sure you got the right place here?
Where's the hot tub at?"
Chris
"Yo, dawg, this is it!
Camp Wawanakwa!"
D.J.
"Hmmph.
Looked a lot different on the application form."
*Gwen arrives*
Chris
"Hey, Gwen."
Gwen
"You mean we're staying here?"
Chris
"No, you're staying here.
My crib is an air stream with a.c. that-a-way."
Gwen
"I did not sign up for this."
Chris
"Actually, you did."
I hand Gwen the contract she signed, which she rips in half. Luckily...
"The great thing about lawyers is...
They make lots of copies."
Gwen
"I am not staying here."
Chris
"Cool.
I hope you can swim, though, because your ride just left."
[ Horn honking ]
Gwen
"Jerk!"
She seems nice
*Next up- Party boy, Geoff*
Geoff
"Chris McLean!
Sup, man?
It's an honor to meet you, man!"
Chris
"The Geoff-ster!
Welcome to the island, man!"
Geoff
"Thanks, man."
Gwen
"If they say "man" one more time, I'm gonna puke."

"Everybody, this is Lindsay."
Lindsay
"Hi!
Okay, you look so familiar."
Chris
"I'm Chris McLean...The host of the show."
Lindsay
"Oh, that's where I know you from!"
