I wonder why things have become naturally like this. In the group, I end up having the least number of schedules every time a new album is to be released. Compared to me, the other members get to do radio shows, variety shows, and filming dramas. Photo shoots are commonly assigned to me. I rarely appear in Kiss the Radio. We do recordings together. A constant routine every year.

I have long vacant hours everyday. Not that I'm complaining but it's boring too.

People, especially Ryeowook, say that it's an advantage in my side. I can nap and sleep longer. But fans know me; I find sleeping a waste of time. There are tons of things better to do compared to dozing off.

Yesterday I tried to have a date with Liya. I have an organized list of what to do too. But, I overheard in the practice room that the back-up dancers all took a week-off. She's probably back in her home town in Incheon. 

Going to Mouse Rabbit became my last comfortable option but manager Kim advised me not to. "Being the main vocal of the group, Yesung, you have to practice your singing while the others are gone." He adds that it's not a good choice to practice in a public place like the cafe. 

I'm left with no choice but to sit and practice. Like what I'm doing now..

"E-Ehem," I clear my throat. "Wrong note." 

Sometimes I get to think: the roles of the mains are tough. Main dancers have to move flawlessly on stage and relay the steps to the members. Main vocals, like I am, are given the responsibility to take extra care of their singing skills. Never ending vocal practice. Leaders and visuals are mains too. Leaders should balance everything and keep the group of different people united. Visuals? Similar to Siwon's job, promote the group in any way they could. Tiring, really. The mains have such big responsibilities to shoulder. 

"I'll try again."

"There is nothing wrong with carrying heavy obligations. All you have to do is always keep in mind: do your best with all you've got. That way, you no need to fret." 

I pause. Did her voice just echoed through my mind? 

A sudden twist of the door knob catches my attention. "Hyung!" Ryeowook dashes in. He jumps in my bed. "Hyung, when are you going to sleep at Inyeong noona's place again?"
