Cat's POV:
"So before Brad comes you're gonna act like you fainted and I'll start screaming for them to get a doctor" Xavier said and I nodded at him.
Today we were gonna start the first step of the plan, and after 24 hours we will start the second step which I don't know anything about it.
He makes me feel like our escape will be so easy but it truly is almost like looking for a pin in a pile of ashes.
"Now! Brad is coming" Xavier said as I heard the door of the dungeon opening.
I quickly closed my eyes and went limp in a second. I'm sure I now look like I'm just a lifeless body.
I heard Xavier screaming for someone to get a doctor.
Footsteps started pounding and the door to the cell opened.
"What's wrong? Why are you shouting like a mad man" I heard Bards voice say.
"Cat.. I don't know what happened to her. We were talking and then all of a sudden she fainted and fell into my arms. Get a doctor to see her please" Xavier said.
Wow! That was so convincing if I wasn't the one who was acting to be unconscious, I would have believed him.
"Go get Scott to see her. She probably just fainted because she kept denying eating the food we gave her" said Brad.
A few minutes passed. Xavier kept the acting going by trying to wake me up.
Ow! That jerk! He slapped me so hard I almost screamed. I'll get back to him later.
"Boss, here's Scott" I heard a guy saying.
"Scott come see what's up with this girl. Xavier says that she suddenly fainted and I think because she hadn't been eating lately" said Brad.
"Okay Boss but I'll ask you to please leave all of you so I can check on her" said a voice that I didn't recognise but he's probably that Scott guy.
"Why don't you check on her while we are here" said Brad.
Doesn't this guy know something called privacy or what?
"Boss please, I just need to check on her in privacy" said Scott.
"Okay..okay" said Brad.
Then I heard the sound of footsteps fading in the distance.
"Ow! What the heck Xavier why would you slap me that hard" I said looking at him with a glare.
"I thought you slept or something so I figured that you're not gonna wake except if I woke you up my way" He said while laughing.
"Oh and by the way kitten, you look so cute when you're angry" said Xavier.
"Shut up" I said looking away as I felt my cheeks burning up from embarrassment.
"Okay guys now is not the time for your arguing, you could argue as much as you want when we get out of here. Oh and by the way it's so good to see you again Boss" said Scott
"You too Scott it's so good to see you again" said Xavier to Scott as they did this boy hug.
"Okay boys what now?" I asked looking at the both of them.
"We're men not boys" said Xavier.
"Yeah, yeah but you act like a kid" I said.
"I can show you. You would be shocked to see what a man I am" Xavier said looking at me smirking.
I looked at him confused not knowing what he means but then it downed on me.
"Oh my god! You're such a pervert! I would rather die" I said looking away in embarrassment.
"You mean you won't be able to resist my charm" said Xavier.
"Guys! I'm here" said Scott bringing our attention back on him.
"Okay so this is the pill you're gonna take. When they get you the food you gotta eat it even if it's disgusting so they will think you got poisoned from their food okay?" said Scott.
We both mumbled an okay taking the pills and shoving them under the blanket that was laying on the floor.
"I'll go now and tell Brad that you fainted because of lack of food but you're now okay" said Scott.
I nodded at him and then he left the cell.
