Chapter 23

Hello my beautiful readers!!

First I wanna apologise for making you wait so long but it was because of my finals. Hopefully I'll get good grades! But the good news is next year I'll be a senior!!!! My last year at school, then college and then work. Gosh! I feel so old right now.

Anyways.. here's a new update, I hope you enjoy it.

Cat's POV:

So it's already been 4 months since Xavier got the letter from Brad. He told me about it one month after he got it, I already knew about it because I heard him before while he was talking to Alex about it.

The letter said the following:

Dear Xavy,

Miss me already or what? I have to say, I certainly don't miss you at all.

I just miss how much pain I put you through.

You wanna know what I really miss? I miss this little kitten we had here.

Just wait and see, I'll take her from you just like I took away your sister, she will be mine forever.

But instead of killing her like I've did to your sister, I'll have her be my personal toy.

I'm sure we'll have so much fun together.

You better spend as much time as you can with her, because when she becomes mine you won't be able to see her beautiful face again.

I can't lie and say that I was not afraid when I first read the letter. But I know that Xavier won't let anything bad happen to me no matter what.

Not hearing any word from Brad. after that letter really makes me feel afraid.

But I'm not afraid for my life. I'm afraid of what he's planning because I'm sure it's gonna be something that could tear Xavier apart.

I'm afraid for him. I don't want him to be put in the situation of losing someone he loves again.

But the only thing I can do now is wish for the best, and try to spend as much time with Xavier as I can.

I know I shouldn't do as Blake says, but I can't help it. I really wanna be with Xavier as long as I can because I can't ignore the fact that we have something unknown coming our way.

Anyways.. right now I'm in mine and Xavier's room and everything is a mess. You wanna know why?

It's because Xavier is gonna take me out on a date. He asked me to dress nice because we're gonna go have dinner in a very fancy place.

And I've been searching through the closet but I can't find anything to wear.

Well let me rephrase that. The choices are so much that I can't decide what to wear! And I only have one and a half hour left.

I heard a car pulling up the driveway. I went to see who and guess who it was. It was Brianna!!!

I quickly ran out of the room and down the stairs to the front door.

Once she entered, I jumped on her which resulted in her falling on the ground and me falling on her.

"Oh my god! Thank god you're back finally!! I've been waiting for you all day to come back! Where have you been?!" I said all in one breath.
