Dan Howell is known as the biggest liar as he lies about almost everything he does hell he may as well lie and say he can only breathe under water. Phil however was the exact opposite of Dan and relied on the good old fashion truth. He was a reliable and trustworthy person and he has never told a lie.
Dan may be able to lie about everything he does but he finds it difficult to deny the fact he was falling deeply in love with Phil day by day and couldn't bring himself to lie about it to himself anymore.
