The door opened and the boss walked in.

"You better be ready. The fires need to be looked after."

She got up and walked out in the room. The kids were on break.

"You get back to work." He pushed her forward.

She groaned as she stumbled forward. She walked to the fire and tended it.

After she went back to her station and worked on some wiring. Tony got up and walked over to her station.

"Why did you do that? You don't know me. I don't know you." Tony said.

"I know. But I didn't want that to happen to you."

"What about the other kids?" He asks.

"I'll take their punishments too."

"You can't."

"Why? I was going to get hurt anyways."

"Hey! No talking to people who are working!" The brown haired guy said.

Tony walked away.

"Actually, back to work! Thanks to your friend your break is shortened today."

The kids moaned and got back to work.

"Hey!" Blondie pointed to Evelyn. "We need more metal. Get to it."

Evelyn went back to the fire and started making small metal pieces. It took her longer to make them because she was tied.

"Why are you taking so long!?" The brown haired guy asked.

"I-I'm sorry. I'm tied." She stammered, shaking.

He turned her around by the arm.

"Are you talking back!?"

"N-No."

"Good. And I don't care if you're tired. Keep working."

He pushed her back around. He walked away and she started to work again. She wanted to cry, but she couldn't.

They all spent the rest of the day working. Right until the sun set.

"Alright! Time you lazy workers go to bed!" The boss said.

Everyone stopped. They headed down the hall on the left and walked passed the room Evelyn was in. There was another door on the left a ways. He opened the door.

"You get to sleep on the floor. There are blankets in the closet." He told them.

They walked in and got settled. The door closed and was locked. Evelyn was sitting on the floor against the wall across from the door.

"Great. Now what?" Evelyn thought as she pulled out Galaxy Eyes.

"What's that?" Tony sat on his knees beside her.

"It's a card."

"A card? You mean, for duelling?" He asked.

"Yeah. You know how to duel?"

"No. I want to." He looked down sadly.

"I can teach you."

"You can!?" He looked up with a smile on his face.

"Can you teach me!?" A girl asked.

"And me!?" A boy walked over.

"And me!?" All the kids asked.

"Settle down! Settle down. I can teach you all. But you have to listen."

"We will!" They agreed.

"Okay. First you need a deck that you like. Take mine for example. I have a dragon deck."

"Cool!" A girl said.

"And you need to know which summoning technique you want in your deck. I Xyz summon."

"How do you do that?" Tony asked.

"With Galaxy Eyes Cosmos Dragon I need two level 8 monsters to summon it. But it depends on the level and number of monsters to summon an Xyz."

"Wow. It sounds so easy, but people say that's Xyz summoning is the hardiest summoning technique."

"Xyz summoning is the most powerful though."

She told the rest what they needed to know. They were all smiling. Even Evelyn was as she explained.

"I never knew there was so much to duelling." A boy said.

"Yeah. Me too." A girl agreed.

They started talking among themselves. A girl tugged on Evelyn's shirt.

"I saw what you did today. For Tony."

"Are you his sister?"

"Yes. My names Ellie. I just wanted to say thanks."

"I think we all saw what you did. I don't think any of us would have done that." A boy said.

"It's fine. But as long as I'm here, I won't let them hurt any of you."

"But you can't take it all." Tony said.

"I can try."

"Please. Let us take our own punishments."

"I still get one either way."

"That's not fair!"

"You can't do anything about it Tony. I made my choice. Now time for bed. You all need to get rest for tomorrow."

They got their blankets and found a spot on the floor. They fell asleep while later. Evelyn watched them fall asleep. Soon after she fell asleep on the wall.
