Chapter 27: Tris

All the girls are going to Chris' to get ready. When we are all done, I have to say I looked almost pretty. I had my hair straightened, nude colored lipgloss, light blush, and I was wearing a bright pink shirt that said 'I ain't a pansycake' with black skinny jeans and pink vans.

Once we were already we hoped in my car and drove to the movie theater with some time to spare, but the boys we already there. We got out and walked over to the boys then went to the theater to get our tickets.

"This is my treat guys!" I say and walk to the ticket booth. "Nine tickets to The Fault in Our Stars," I say digging through my purse for my wallet. I look up to see who the ticket salesman is and y eyes widen.

"Sure thing, sweet stuff," Eric says with and evil grin plastered on his face. I hand him the money and he gives me the tickets but as I am about to grab them he pulls me in and crashes his filthy-ass mouth to mine, I try to pull back, but it isn't really working well.

Suddenly a strong hand yanks me and, then connects with Eric's face. I turn and see Tobias standing there anger in his eyes, he draws his fist back again and punches once more, but when he goes to do it a third time I grab his arm.

"That's enough, I think you already put him in a coma," I say with a giggle. He looks down at me worriedly.

"Are you okay?" he asks me and in reply I kiss him on the lips, and the warm fuzzy feeling fills me, reluctantly I pull back and smile.

"I'm fine now, thanks, that's your third time saving me from him," I say and he pulls me into a hug.

"I would save you from him any day," he says and kisses the top of my head. We pull apart after a minute and I grad the tickets ad we walk hand in hand over to our friends, who saw nothing of what just happened.

"Finally! Let's go, the movie starts soon!" Uri said then looked at my shirt, "Tris, that shirt is AWESOME! Where did you get it?!" I smirk.

"That, my friend, is a secret," I say then before he can argue I say, "Come on we have like three minutes to find a seat!" and with that we all walk into the theater.

We hand the person our tickets, which just so happened to be a very slutty girl. She tears them in half, signifying that we actually have them to her, but before giving Tobias' back she scribbles something on it.

When Tobias gets it he reads it then shows it to me. It read 'Call me 335-6631' I just rolled my eyes and to prove something to the girl Tobias leaned in and kissed me passionately on the mouth.

The girl grunted and frowned. "First theater on your left," he voice filled with annoyance. I grab Tobias' hand and we walk into the theater just as the movie is starting, so we quickly find seats. I sit next to Tobias and Chris, I rest my head on Tobias' shoulder and he wraps his arm around me.

After the movie was over all the girls were crying and all the boys looked confused. After we all regained our normal selves I finally spoke.

"We should get ice cream!"

"Yeah, anything for you babe," Toby says and I give him a hug as we all walk to the ice cream parlor next door. I just get a scoop of chocolate ice cream in a waffle cone. Then we all sat quietly eating.

At that moment I thought to myself, 'minus the kissing Eric and flirtatious movie girl, this day couldn't have gotten better,'
