I know, this isn't really an original idea, but you know what?! I do what I want, just know that I don't take credit for the idea.
-----"(Y/N)!" The blue haired boy called. "Hmm?" I turned around. "Oh, yes Shiota~Kun?"
The bluenette's eyes widened a fraction at the formalities but quickly recovered. "No, it's alright. You don't have to say 'Shiota~Kun' " Nagisa reassured.
I tilt my head slightly, my (h/c) hair slightly going over one of my eyes. "Eh? Sorry! Force of habit Shiot--Nagisa!"
Nagisa sweat drops and waves goodbye as he walks up the mountain towards Class-E. I cheerily wave back and walk towards the main campus.
"Oh, Good morning (Y/n)"
"Ah, Good morning Ootori~Kun"
Now, why would people greet (Y/n) even though she's nice to the E-Class?
Well, it's quite amazing what mannerisms can do these days. (Y/n) has been used to saying mannerisms since she was young, and it's quite are to cross paths with a very well mannered pre-teen these days so yeah.
There were two exceptions though.
Akabane, Karma and Asano, Gakushuu
Notice the 'were' in the sentence. Past tense. After awhile, Asano wanted me to call him Asano~San instead of Shuu, so I obliged. I walk into the classroom, my knee high socks and pins in my hair adding a type of innocence to my appearance.
I look over to the stern teacher, his face hardened. I smile softly and quickly walk over to the salty teacher. I bow slightly, still holding my books and softly said, "Ohayo, Sensei."
The teacher's face softened and he curtly nodded. No one really called the teacher sensei anymore, these edgy teens called him by his first name, which sadly for him was a unisex name, so many made fun of him.
I sit down and do the problem on the board that no one has noticed yet. Suddenly, the atmosphere changed. I didn't mind it, this happened everyday. Everyone sat up and straightened their back so it would look like they had good posture.
Well, except me. I was already in this position.
I continue to do the problem on the board until in hear a chair being pulled back next to me.
The student sat down and I take the extra few seconds to lose my train of focus and look over to the strawberry blonde. "Ohayo Asano~San" I nodded and before Asano could even respond, my (e/c) orbs were already back on my paper.
Class flies by and it's lunch time. I walk down the hallway, lunch in hand. "(Y/n)!"
I turn around confused. Huh, must've been one of those moments when you thought someone said your name.
I shrug and continue to walk out the school, my back straightened. Meanwhile, the principal's son was trying to get the (h/c) haired girl's attention. Asano burst through the door and saw (Y/n).
"(Y/--)!!" But Asano was interrupted by the (h/c) haired girl yelling in delight. "Karma!!" (Y/n) yelled, sprinting over to the red haired teen with an unheard of speed. Asano watches in horror as (Y/n) jumps into the sadist's arms.
"I've been waiting, what happened?" I mercury eyed boy asked, his usual smirk placed on his face.
"Ugh, I had to help everyone with homework and it was sooooo boring Karma, you don't even know! Asano~San wouldn't help me either! I was calling his name for help because this girl was acting up and telling Asano to come over and he just ignored me! The spoiled piece of garbage!"
Every word seemed to be a stab in the heart for the strawberry blonde boy. He didn't mean to ignore you, in fact, he didn't even hear you. This conversation also confused him.
Why is (Y/n) using such informalities? She's probably one of the most proper students at this school, including me of course. But one talk with Akabane and she's another person!
It suddenly made Asano get angry. Why does Akabane get your true self?! Why can't you be that comfortable around me?! Asano snapped out of his trance as he hears an alerting sentence come from your plump pink lips.
"Yeah, I do like him a lot though. He probably doesn't feel the same."
Asano scoffed and started to walk away.
"Why don't you practice on me?" Karma suggested, still smirking. The said girl seemed to think before accepting the offer. They were best friends after all, this wasn't that weird between them.
Asano couldn't take it after a couple of steps, and ran back to listen more in their conversation. "I-I like you!" The (e/c) eyed girl said with a crimson blush. "Hmm, good but give them a kiss on the cheek or lips!" Karma suggested.
I shrugged and kissed his cheek, my lips slightly grazing the corner of his lips. This made Asano's skin boil. How could she kiss Akabane?!
He marched right out of his hiding spot. "(Y/n)! I love you!" And then he kissed her. (Y/n) and Karma smirked.
"I told you it would work!" Karma smirked. (Y/n) rolled her eyes and gave the red headed teen a ten dollar bill. "Wait, what's going on here?" Asano asked in blind confusion.
"Karma told me to make you jealous so you could confess. And I didn't believe him so we bet on it."
His eye twitched.
Once
Twice
Thrice
"Akabane!!!!"

I leaned over my desk. "Asano~San?" I whispered. "Asano~San!" I whispered louder. He acknowledged me and raised his eyebrow. He then looked back at the teacher.
I could barely hear him but,
"It's Shuu to you missy"
