I sigh.

Who are you?
"Z-Zeref, u-uh" I stuttered as I froze. I don't stutter unless I'm unsure.
Godammit, I'm unsure.
"Yeah?" He answered, checking the time on his phone.
Just say it Lucy! Ask him! Who were her parents!
"U-ugh, urk, n-nevermind" I retrace, immediate regret filling my insides as I feel like my heart has somehow stopped beating. "Why is this so hard?"

"You can take a bath in there, it should already have clothes." I inform Zeref, pointing to the bathroom connected to his king sized room. "Okay, thanks." He says thankfully, his midnight black eyes showing great gratitude.
"If you need me, just ask for Tanaka or Sebastian, but if you can't find them, just sprinkle some of this in the corner." I told him, taking a small tan pouch from my pocket. He looks confused as he pulls on the string and looks inside the pouch.
"Why?"
"The cleaner will know and immediately clean it, and they always know where I am so just ask them." He nods and places the small pouch on the bedside table and walks into the bathroom that about the same size as the room.
I sigh and walk out of the room into my own room, blue and gold paint decorating the walls as black constellations dotted the walls. I quietly walk to the constellation of Virgo and trace the dots.
I back away and go into my closet, the size identical to an apartment living room. I waltz over to the corner to my identification center.
I haven't had to use this thing since we moved.
I log onto the computer-like machine. I search in the name,
Aniko Onkau
I don't need to ask Zeref, I'll find her myself.
I search the name, my eyes widening at the result.
"W-Wha....? T-That's not possible.."

Zeref Pov
"That bathtub is truly magical." I think to myself as I dry my hair with the slightly damp towel. I walk out of the room, expecting Lucy to be there. I facepalm, remembering that she had to do something.
I glance at the pouch.
"Curiosity may kill the cat, but it has nine lives" I say to myself, quoting Aniko. I walk up to the pouch and sprinkle the dirt in the corner. A couple seconds later, a short man came rushing in, alert and disgust written on his face. He had black hair with a white cloth over his hair and mouth as he began to quickly scrub the corner.
I startle back, it worked.
"E-Excuse me, mister L-Lev--" I stutter, trying my hardest to read his name tag as he scrubs the floor, even when there's virtually nothing.
"Tch, It's Rivaille to you brat, Miss Lucy is in her room."
I quickly nod, afraid, and back out of my room. I speed walk to Lucy's room, which was quite easy to find since it was the only room with a colored door.
I quickly open the door and look around.
Where is she?
Just as I'm about to leave, Lucy comes out of nowhere. "Oh Zeref! You're already down with your bath?" She asked.
I nod, not trusting my mouth.
"By the way, that cleaner you have, is he...," I cough. "Always like that?"
She looks at me with a strong gaze before laughing. "Oh Zeref! Of course he is!"
I sigh in relief. "So, what were you doing?" I ask her. "Oh nothing, I'm just...confused about a matter."
"What kind of matter?" I pried, regret suddenly filling me up. "Nothing that you need to worry about." She answers quickly.
Too quickly.
I shrug, still unsure.
"Alright"

Guys, I know this is short.. BUT. I'm thinking about doing shorter chapters and more updates. What do you guys want? The chapters will be around 500-700 words, but the updates should be daily to every other day.
