Natalia's POV:

"Hey, Maddie. Are you free today?" I asked Maddie while we were leaving school.

"No. Oh shit I completely forgot to tell you. Jason asked me to invite you to his pool party. I'm a fucking idiot always forgetting things. He invited all of us." She said.

"Okay. When is it?" I asked her.

"Today." She said. "After school." She said. I looked at her.

"And you're telling me now?" I asked her with a raised eyebrow.

"Better late than never?" She said. There were huge bags under her eyes and she seemed a little lazy today.

"Everything okay?" I asked her.

"Oh yeah. Just got a call from my mum yesterday. Said she was sorry and wanted me to come back. I told her I would, but not right now. She divorced the asshole." She said.

"Do you want to go back?" I asked her. She thought about it.

"Yeah I do. But after I'm done with high school. If she's waited this long, she can a wait a little more. It's been so long since I've had a settled life. I'm tired of moving and changing. " Her eyes started to well up in her eyes. I sighed. I knew how she felt all too well. I had to go through so much change in my life too.

"I'm only doing this once." I said before I hugged her. She hugged me back.

"Thanks for everything Natalia. You've changed my life. If you hadn't shown up that day I don't where I would've been." She said while sniffling. I pulled away.

"Come on. Let's gets some cookies. And do not tell anyone about that hug." I said warningly. She smiled.

"After that we need to find you a swim suit that'll make Ryder go crazy and then he'll sex you before you can even get in the pool." She said with a smirk.

"Sex me?" I asked her. She nodded with a devilish grin.

We got to Jason's house at three. The last time we were here things didn't end well. At all. I still had that tattoo. I just didn't have the time to get it removed.

I rang the doorbell. We talked as awe waited for someone to open the door.

"So the girl was like...." I stopped when I saw a shirtless Ryder standing there. He wasn't just shirtless, he was dripping wet too, like he had just gotten out of the water.

"Finally, I thought I thought I was going to have to break the fucking door down. And can you two stop eye raping each other, it's weird." She said as she pushed passed Ryder inside.

"Go fuck him." She turned around and mouthed at me with a wink. I rolled my eyes at her. Ryder smirked at me.

"Glad you could make it babe." He said. I was glad I could make it too. He led me to the pool. Everyone was already there. The weather was great today. The sun was out.

"Let's see who can make a bigger splash." Sebastian said to Flyn. Both of them ran towards the pool before jumping into it.

"Cannon ball!" Sebastian shouted. Water went everywhere. Alyssa was knocked off her floatie.
