*two months later*
"Come on. Hurry up. The guys will be here any minute now." Alyssa said. She stood against the door frame with her eyes glued to her phone.
"Not everyone takes five minutes to get ready Alyssa. Especially for senior year prom." Rylie snapped back, putting her earring on. The girls had decided to come to my house to get ready for prom.
I looked at my reflection in the mirror. Since I hadn't decided I was going to go to prom until last week when Ryder asked me out, I didn't have a dress. I didn't even know what kind of dress I wanted. But I finally settled on a black, form fitting dress which had cut outs in the front and back. There was a short trail at the back of the dress which was covered in sequins. I paired the dress with red heels and a necklace Ryder had given me for our two month anniversary. I straightened my hair. It was really long now, coming up half way of my torso. I had miniamal makeup on, except for my deep, ruby red lipstick. I knew my red lipstick drove Ryder crazy and that was definitely the aim. With one final look and a nod of satisfaction, I went downstairs.
Everyone was already downstairs. My eyes lit up as soon as they met Ryder's. His eyes widened as he watched me come down the steps. I could see him gasp and mutter something under his breathe. Someone, who I'm pretty sure was Flyn, wolf whistled. I could feel the heat rising up my neck. Ryder have a death glare.
