Artemis awoke the next morning, and briefly took a shower, and did everything as normal, all while hoping that what had happened the night before, was a single error, and wouldn't happen again. When she finished with her hygiene things, she went to the kitchen, and got a bowl of cereal, before sitting down, and flipping through the news on her phone. A particular article caught her eye, which basically said that there had been some forest fires in California, and they were taking out the beautiful Redwoods, by the dozens! As soon as she finished eating, Artemis grabbed her green archer costume/suit, then went out the door, and to the car, where she slipped it in, and drove to the nearest known location for a Zeta-tube. Upon arriving, she checked her surroundings and punched in her recognition number, before getting scanned, and sent to the Watchtower. When she did arrive at the home base for the League's group, Artemis went directly to the training room, and found Wally teaching Bart about something. Coming up beside him, and giving him a kiss, Artemis asked, "What's on the agenda for today? And are you alright now?" Wally nodded, turning to his wife, and replied, "Yeah, I'm fine, Artie. I think it was just a one time thing, and it shouldn't reoccur again. As for the agenda, I'm not quite sure about you, but I have to train Bart some. He still needs to work on the amount of volume he has, when vibrating. If we don't do anything about it, there may come a time when his sounds, may be what gets him caught. Nightwing asked me specifically to address the issue, and work on it with him. How was your morning? Get any good sleep after I left?" Artemis laughed, then said, "Sorta. I really missed getting to see you when I woke up, and kissing my husband by one day, but hey, you needed to run, and I know that's a rule for speedsters, so it's okay." Wally grinned, then shouted out to Bart, who was busy running circles around the Watchtower's training room, "Alright, Kid! Carefully and slowly vibrate your molecules, as to not create as much noise, and go through the wall, grab one of Superboy's shirts, then vibrate back through the wall, keeping as quiet as possible! If you make too much noise, he'll hear, and I know he's not a morning person at all! Think fast, vibrate slow, and go!" Artemis watched as Bart did as Wally instructed, vibrating through the wall, and returning with a shirt of Conner's. Bart exclaimed, "Got one!" Suddenly, Conner's powerful form appeared in the doorway, wearing no shirt, but definitely wearing a scowl, as well as a six pack set of abs. He narrowed his eyes at the younger speedster, then stomped over to him, picked him up by the collar of his yellow suit, and furiously barked, "MY SHIRT...HAND IT OVER. NOW!" Wally and Artemis, seeing an argument about to break loose, rushed over to where Conner had Bart now in a chokehold. The boy was struggling to break free, and calmly, Artemis said to the clone, "Conner, it's fine. He was just doing an exercise. Calm down." Wally asked, as Conner set Bart on the ground, "Did you steal that shirt off of him?" The brown haired kid blushed, then replied, "I-I guess you could call it that. But, didn't you say to steal it off him?" Wally grimaced, then put two fingers to his forehead, attempting to relieve a headache before it came, and said, "No Kid. When I said grab one of his shirts, I meant from the drawers, not off him personally! You should know by now that taking something off Superboy, is a dangerous thing. I would never make you do that, because it's too risky a move, even for me." Turning his attention to Superboy, Wally apologized, saying, "I am so sorry, Conner. I made no intention or request for him to do that. He was supposed to leave you alone, not disturb you. I promise it will not happen again." Turning back to Bart, Wally continued, frowning, "DO YOU UNDERSTAND, KID?" The kid frowned back, then said, "Yeah, Flash. I understand." Wally kept up the frown, and replied, "Good. Now apologize to Superboy, and give him back his shirt, please." With a furrowed look in his eye, that said he really didn't quite get why he had to, Bart handed the black and red shirt back to the taller and larger hero. Giving a glare that partially could be compared to that of Batman, Conner strode off, a death grip on the shirt in his hands. As soon as he departed, Wally turned to Artemis, and said, "Could you do me a favor, and tell Nightwing that Bart's bad genes are getting worse, and are affecting his work as Kid Flash? That I'm not sure how or even why they are hitting the borderline between both sides, when he's had his grandfather and most of his family as heroes?" Nodding, Artemis walked away, and left the two to practice. She slipped out of the training room, and went to Nightwing's room, beginning to knock on the door, when she arrived. A few seconds after she started knocking, the Bird opened the door, and asked, "Artemis...I thought you and Flash would be on your honeymoon, considering how big a day yesterday was for you both. What do you need?" Artemis replied, "Well, there's always a world to save, so even thinking about going on a trip with Flash at the moment, is not exactly wise. Besides, he could take me anywhere in a matter of seconds, but work here at the Watchtower, is like our own personal honeymoon, and no one else can have it. As for why I'm here now, Flash wanted me to tell you things aren't going as well as he hoped. Kid Flash's genes are getting in the way, of his further work and training as a hero." Nightwing answered, "Oh, thank you for the notice. I will talk to the League about some further things we can do, to prevent the future from coming too quickly. As for you and Flash together, I do recommend and order you and he to get some time to yourselves. It isn't every day that two heroes get married. You deserve time with him. Go somewhere nice. I'll have one of the other members work with Kid Flash." Artemis stuttered, "But what if a mission comes up, and we're needed?" Nightwing smirked, "Let me handle that. Now go!" Standing outside the closed door, the blonde was still trying to convince herself that she was off for the night. She hated that she didn't get to do anything, but she knew she should be grateful that Nightwing understood that time alone with her husband, would be good. And if her sister had been right, she should take advantage of the opportunity to be with Wally, before things changed, for better or for worse.

A/N: So I know Conner's personality got much more relaxed and calm natured during the second season, but I kinda felt he needed a moment to reshow his anger, cause I strangely love writing his angered scenes. I know I'm cruel that way...hehe...
