Here's Chapter 11... sorry it's soo late that I'm posting this. I've literally got like three stories I'm working on right now, and a few I'm polishing up to possibly reveal later on...

Once everyone was in the Watchtower, and had been cleared, Artemis quickly found Wally standing and talking with Superman. She walked up, and put her hand on the ginger's handsome, chiseled muscles, then leaned over and kissed him, saying, "You know, babe, we still had a few things we left behind before you got called to Central." Wally gave Artemis a kiss back, then said nonchalantly, turning to the Kriptonian, "So Clark, it's really great to be on your guys' level these days. I guess we'll be seeing each other more often." The Man of Steel smiled warmly, and replied, "You earned your place as the Flash, Wally, by proving yourself to your uncle and the League. And I do believe you are right. With the League are more harder missions, but the gratitude and the feeling of safety for the citizens is what keeps me going. Just between you and I, even Batman is glad you decided to take Allen's name, and give it a new meaning. Also, I think congratulations are in order for yours and Artemis' marriage. You two do make an exceptional couple." "Thank you, Clark." Superman gave another smile, then flew off to go check on Supergirl, leaving Artemis and Wally alone. The ginger turned to face Artemis, then said, "Now where did we leave off, Crock?" Artemis gave a small laugh, then replied, putting her arms around her husband's waist and looking up into his emerald tinted eyes, "Maybe we ought to start over. We were interrupted by your com for the mission, anyway." Instantly, however, Green Arrow walked over to the couple, and said, "Artemis, can I talk with you, please? It's important." "Sure Oliver...what do you want to tell me? Is it something involving Arsenal or Black Canary again?", Artemis asked. Green Arrow shook his head, and said, "You know, because of yours and Wally's marriage, you don't have to keep up the gig with me, anymore. You're a strong, married, adult woman, that I've trained so long, and I think you are good enough to be Speedy's mentor. She needs a strong woman that understands the problems that come with being a girl archer with no powers, and frankly, I don't think I qualify for her. Artemis...what I'm trying to ask is, would you please consider teaching and mentoring Speedy?" Shocked by what her mentor asked her, Artemis' jaw dropped. She stuttered, "M-me? T-teach Speedy? Green Arrow, er Oliver, I don't know. I'm not on your level yet and Speedy needs someone advanced. I'm just some rookie you helped start to train five plus years ago. Heck, I'm the daughter of a family of assassins! What if she were to find out? The League already knows...I don't want the newbies to have the same problems as my teammates once did, trusting me." Oliver stated, putting a firm hand on the female blonde's shoulder, "But you've gone undercover, Artemis. You have more talent in the field than I do in that way. Besides, I still have to work alongside Arsenal, to get him to trust me again, after what happened that night we, that is he, Red Arrow, and I, spoke last. Also, you are the only female archer on the team that is a full member of the League now. And think about it...it would be a good way to get your feet wet, if you and Wally are considering what I think you are. Practice makes perfect, Artemis. I know you are capable of this." Wally looked at Artemis, then said sincerely, "You would be working side by side with me, Artie. Us together training another speedster and archer on the skills we ourselves were once taught. And on a side note, we'd be together much more, than if you chose to put the hot moves that made me fall in love with you to rest. Please Artie...do it for me. I have confidence that you are able to do anything. You saved me, so I'm here for you." Artemis hesitatively replied, "Okay Oliver...I'll do it. Just tell me you'll be here for advice when it's needed." The older, blonde archer with the goatee grinned, then replied, "Of course, Artemis. You're like the daughter I never had. You can always come to me with questions. And by the way, I think you'll like Speedy. She's like you were when we started: hardheaded, strong, a bit of a rebel, and a good shot with a clear head. I've already worked on the basics with her and seen her skill. She's actually why I think you'll be a good matching mentor for her." As Green Arrow walked away, Artemis sighed, and asked, turning to Wally, "Walls, do you think everything will go as planned with Speedy?" A few seconds later, the younger, dark haired archer-in-training walked up to the couple, her arms crossed. She replied, gruffly and strictly, "So you're Artemis, huh? My mentor that Green Arrow put in place? Funny, you don't look so destructive at the moment, than what I've seen on TV, during your battles with the Team, on replay. Just let me have my way, and you won't die. I've got nothing to prove to anyone. I'm ready now." Speedy stalked away, her head held high, completely leaving Artemis astonished, and Wally snickering with humor and delight. Artemis asked, her brow turning low, "And what's so funny, Walls?" The speedster chuckled, then replied, slapping his leg, "Oh, nothing much, except that's how you used to treat me and act to anyone that asked. Even her comments are some of the ones you used to say. GA's right... She really is a younger version of you!" For a moment, Artemis stayed silent, not moving. So that's why everyone had thought she couldn't be trusted. She had acted like a jerk, and had taken away any chance for her to change. Turning back to Wally, instead of giving him an arm jab like she would have done as a teen, she kissed him, then whispered teasingly, yet threateningly, into the speedster's ear as she left, "Remember Wallace...I'm still the daughter of an assassin family. Now I love you, and I don't want to damage what there is, so keep those comments to yourself." Wally gulped, then did as she asked, and fell silent. Suddenly, a red siren sounded, as Nightwing's voice could be heard throughout the Watchtower, "Flash, Artemis, and Team report to the mission room for debriefing in two!" Wally grabbed Artemis' hand, and the two ran for the mission room, arriving first.
