“Trending ka,” Marga greeted Sue when she arrived at their tent.
“Huh?” Sue asked confused.
“Trending ka…kayo ni Alex.”
“Trending saan?”
“Sa twitter mahfriend. Team JanDy.”
“Huh? Ano yun?”
“Jade plus Andy equals JanDy. Patok ang loveteam nyo.”
“Weh? Di nga?”
“Mahfriend ha. Di na cute. Kanina ka pa,” Marga said irritated at Sue’s doubtfulness.
“Hoy Alex!” Sue called as Alex entered the tent with Matt. “Trending daw tayo.”
“Oo nga nakita ko,” Alex answered smiling. “Mukhang hit ang JanDy loveteam ah.”
“Tama ka dyan Alex. Buti ka pa naniniwala sa kin. Itong si Sue duda pa,” Marga pretended to be annoyed with Sue.
“Di bagay mahfriend ang pagtatampo ha. Hindi ako si Matt,” Sue teased Marga who gave her a withering look.
“O wag nyo ko damay sa gulo nyo ha. Nananahimik kami ni Alex dito,” Matt butted in thinking the girls were going to get into a catfight. “Pare kanino ang bet mo? Ako sa hon ko.”
“Ah sige kay Sue na lang ako,” Alex said riding in on the joke.
“Kayong dalawa ginagatungan nyo pa si mahfriend. Malaysia ko naman sa twitter? Wala nga kong twitter account di ba?” Sue said defensively.
“Whatever. Pinagdududahan mo na ko ngayon. HMP!” Marga kept on pretending.
Mga loko to, pinagkakampihan talaga ko, Sue said as she looked at the three who were trying to conceal their laughter. “Uy, wala kong sinabi. Masama na ba magulat ngayon? Eh hindi ko inaasahan na papatok ung loveteam eh,” she pouted and sat down on her chair.
Alex got up and rubbed Sue’s shoulders.
“Kaya mo yan. Wag mo ko papatalo sa pustahan namin ni Matt ha,” he continued to tease Sue.
“Ah ewan ko sa inyo,” she turned her back towards them.
“Uy to naman. Ang bilis magtampo,” Alex said surprised that Sue took him seriously. He was just kidding!!!
“Bahala ka sa buhay mo.”
Matt and Marga were watching their exchange.
“Matt, tingnan mo si Alex. Natataranta nung magtampo si Sue,” Marga whispered to Alex.
