MICHAEL POV
"It looked really bad!!!!" Lizzie replied as we began walking out of school. Her small hand was clasped into my much bigger one, we wre swing our arms as we walked. The cold air whipped her light brown dip dyed hair into her eyes. She looked so cute. I gave her hand a tigher squeeze, a small smile played on her lips in response.
"What's going on between them?" She asked as she stopped walking, grabbing both my hands in hers, her bright brown eyes staring up at me.
"I think Luke has no idea what he's doing and he needs as much help as he can get." I said matter of factly, wrapping my arms around her waist bringing her closer.
"Well, give him some advice, your the expert." She giggled as she stretched up onto her tip toes to kiss me on the nose. I could feel a small blush creep into my cheeks as I placed a light kiss on her lips. I was very aware that we where still in the school grounds. I could feel judgeing eyes drilling into my back, face and side like stabs of ice. But I didn't care. Lizzie drew back slowly, kissing my nose again.
"You should go talk to Luke, he needs it." She laughed. The sound rang through my ears and I could feel her chest rise and fall against my body.
"You sure?" I asked placing my hands gently onto her shoulders, my eyes drilling into her chocolatey brown ones.
"Yes!!!! I don't want this to blow out into something huge!! It's way to tense as it is!!! I can't mention one of your names without Bailey siezing up." She laughed again into my chest.
"She siezes up?" I questioned as we began walking towards the exit of the school.
"Not literally, she just gets real quiet and weird." Lizzie said shaking her head. I couldn't tell if she was sad, disappointed or confused.
We stopped walking once we had reached the bus stop. Lizzie's bus was waiting, idiling at the curb. Waiting for the last few students to amble out of school.
We said goodbye and I kissed her on the nose again. A light blush crept into her cheeks and I could feel a smirk form on my lips. I watched the bus pull out of the curb, waiting until I could no longer see her face looking at me through the window.

BAILEY POV
I grabbed Stef's hand and pulled her out of the shopping centre. The cool, evening spring breeze slammed into my cheeks as I left the warmth of the complex. Stef didn't seem the least bit fased by my sudden out burst. She just followed behind me as I began walking in the direction I'd come.
"You can't avoid talking to him forever you know." Stef said quietly as she stopped walking beside me. I turned around to face her. The sky was beginning to darken and the streetlights had slowly began flickering awake. I could see her eyes practically pleading at me to be realistic.
I opened my mouth to say something back when a tall blonde haired boy came running out of the glass sliding doors behind Stef. His fringe was flying around in the breeze his black beanie covered the rest of his blonde head. My chest siezed when I saw him walk towards me. The butterflies soon left when the image of the cheerleader pressed against him flew back into my mind.
"Bailey, I am sorry, wait. Bailey." His deep voice sounded closer with every word that left his lips. His words held a tone of fustration mixed with guilt.
A twinge of something ran over my skin as he appologised. Was I ready to give in that easily?
My mind then righted itself and abolished the feeling instantaniously. We weren't dating and it didn't even matter. I was not intrested in this jerk like behanviour.
I whirrled around and took three quick steps until we where standing face to face. I was shorter then him but tall enough at 5 10' to prove I wasn't some small helpless, opinionless girl.
"Listen." I hissed through my clenched teeth, jabbing a finger in the direction of his face. My mind was giving me mental applase for the way I was conductiong myself. I didn't even feel weak at the knees. I deserved a prize.
"I am not interested in you, your games your attitude. So just go away and forget we ever met." I snapped my words sounded harsh, even to my own ears. It didn't matter though, I meant every word. Didn't I.....?
A smirk began to form on his lips as he held his arms up in surrender.Cocky bastard, I thought to myself. My eyes shot dagger looks into him before I spun around and stalked out of the parking lot and into the night.
