BAILEY POV
Why was this the last day? It was a very long time in the life of a 16 year old girl, long distance, I knew, would be a challenge. Luke and I hadn't discussed it, it was worth giving it a try. To be honest, we'd mutually agreed, without discussion, to avoid the conversation until the last minute. My head hurt just thinking about it.
I was lying on my back on my bed. I was wearing basketball shorts and one of Luke's muscle tanks. My phone was blasting a mixture of All Time Low and the boy's EP. Which I loved to bits, especially Out of my Limit, which made me think of of the white guitar pick sitting on my bed side table.
Tomorrow was our first day back at school from summer break, the last day at school for the boys. It's Wednesday, tomorrow we are all going to school, then having a day off the following day, hanging out, sleep over and everything us teenagers do for fun. Then the boys would be leaving on the Saturday. The mere thought of the boys leaving made me realise that this was real. They where becoming a success, popularity growing. I was still hoping I'd wake up from this reality, this twisted dream, this universe where my best friends and boyfriend where taking on the world.
I sighed out loud, relaxing deeper into my bed, my eyes watching the fan spinning over head. It was really warm, to hot to go outside or, quite frankly, at 40 degrees (104 F°) it was better not doing anything. That was exactly what I was doing.
"Baby we're like a time bomb, but I need it, wouldn't have it any other way. Got my heart in your hands, like a time bomb ticking..."
At that moment Alex Gasgarth captured how I was feeling exactly. I just hoped it wouldn't be the case.
Luke had my heart in his hands, I was praying it wouldn't explode.

MIKAELA POV
"I don't know Ash...." I sighed into the phone as I scratched the white curly fur of Bree, My Western Terrier that's too cute for words.
"If either of them hurt the other we are looking at some serious shit." Ash muttered, I could practically picture him shaking his curly brown head from over the phone.
"I know...." I tried to reply as Ashton cut me off.
"No you don't, you don't know Luke like I do. If Bailey breaks his heart, it will tear him apart. " Ashton replied assertively, his tone was warning and some what frightening.
"Wow, ok I get it." I laughed, trying to lighten the mood.
It didn't work.

ASHTON POV
I really don't think Mikaela understands. Luke has the power with in him to snap. I've seen it once, maybe twice before when he is seriously upset. The two times I can remember was when his Nan on his dad's side died, he was beside himself. He came to school spasmodically for about a month, had a short temper and refused to talk to anyone. It was almost as if he'd turned blind from the rest of us.
The second time was when he caught his first girlfriend in year 9 cheating on him. I saw that one coming, she was a slut and used Luke. Once again Luke went through the routine he went through with his Nan. I'm just worried that us leaving will ruin him, I'd never seen Luke care about anyone or anything more then he cared for Bailey.
"Ok, so what's going to happen with us?" Mikaela asked the question that was hovering on my lips. Good, at least I didn't need to start the conversation.
"Please, I'm begging you from the bottom of my heart can we please do long distance? I'm actually deadly serious." I pleaded,my twirling my drum sticks between my fingers with worry, waiting for her answer.
