LUKE POV

"Mik wasn't there Ashton!!! For all we know Bailey might be trying to make her side with her. " I yelled getting angry.

"And you seriously think your GIRLFRIEND and her BESTFRIEND would LIE to you!?" Ashton questioned back angrily , throwing his arms into the air with exasperation.

He had a point, I didn't know what to believe. My heart told me to trust Bailey, then again Flynn was there and Mikaela wasn't in the picture. I groaned, flopping onto the couch.

"What should I do?!" I groaned, my voice sounding muffled as I spoke into the pillow.

"Thats up to you mate, but I would be trusting that nothing happened." Ash replied, I felt the end of the couch shift as he sat beside me.

"I love her Ashton. So, fricken much. It hurts to think she cheated on me." I said sadly, I could feel my hope sinking in my chest. Confusion took over my body as I lay on the couch, not wanting to move. Almost as if the thought of losing Bailey was an open cut and if I moved they would only open further.

~1 MONTH LATER~

BAILEY POV

"Seven messages and Luke still hasn't replied." I groaned, shutting off my phone. burying my head into my hands. My elbows rested on the table of the cafe, the blank screen of my phone staring up at me.

"I don't know Bai, Ash hasn't really wanted to talk about it." Mikaela said, shrugging her shoulders before taking a sip out of her iced mocha.

I drifted off as Mikaela and Claudia began having a conversation of their own. I twirled the straw that sat in my empty cup between my fingers, thinking about everything that had happened over the past four weeks.....

*FLASHBACK

"Hey Luke!!" I said over the phone, trying to sound happy, like the misunderstanding hadn't happened.

"Did you kiss him or not?!" He fired back, his voice sounding tense and with drawn. I didn't even get a "Hello".

"No!!" I exclaimed instantly.

"Well that's sure not what it looked like!!" Luke fired back, his voice growing angrier and angrier by the second.

"Calm down!!" I shouted into the phone.

"How am I meant to calm down when I have PHOTOGRAPHIC EVIDENCE." He yelled back, the sudden loud noise rung through my ears as I held the phone away.

"So you don't believe me?" I asked in a murderously calm voice.

"I don't know what to believe." He muttered.

He then sighed, "Forget it."

Then. the phone went dead. He was gone.

*END FLASHBACK

That was the last phone call I'd had with him. I'd texted several times a day, he'd replied at first like normal. Then, as the weeks passed his replies and starters of conversations grew short, a couple of sentences. To a single sentence, to single words, and now......Nothing.

Claudia's voice snapped me out of my haze,

"Bai, have you seen the new music video they made?! It was released today!!" She exclaimed excitedly.
