Chapter 28:)

MIKAELA POV

Ok, why did Ash need my help to order pizza?!

He is a weird, weird child.

I followed his disappearing footsteps down the hall, Bailey and Luke's conversation growing distance.

What did Ashton want?!

"Hey.......babe? Sugar? Honey? Lemon? Sugar cheeks? Oh God no." Ashton erupted into a fit of laughter from where he stood, leaning against the island bench.

"I gotta find an unretarded pet name for you!!!" Ashton continued to giggle as he shook his brown curls in shame.

I just stood there giggling like crazy, looking at the crazily adorable 18 year old in front of me. He was a strange individual, but I loved him anyway.

"Ok that can be your challenge from me. " I laughed as I leaned against the cold, white stone bench top.

"Challenge accepted!!!" Ashton yelled as he saluted with three fingers in my direction, which only made me giggle more.

"You laugh is so cute!!!!" Ashton groaned as he took a giant step towards me, his hands folded behind his back, a funny grin creeping onto his face.

His comment made me blush and in the bright, florescent kitchen lights I could tell he had notice.

Ash, took another step closer. At this stage we where face to face and only a couple of inches was separating our bodies. I could feel the rise and fall of his chest and his warm breath tickling my face. Oh god, my heart had began pounding a a bazillion miles an hour and I literally was about to run away.

But something was stopping me, Ashton freakin Irwin.

"You're so cute!!!" Ashton sighed as He wrapped his arms around my waist, pulling me gently against him.

I could feel the heat rising in my cheeks again as I gently wrapped my arms around his neck.

"Well, Mr Irwin, I think you look mighty fine on a regular basis. Especially in a bandana." I stated, my tone was matter of fact and flirty.

The comment caused a pink flush to wash over Ashton's cheeks. The colouring gave me a hint of self satisfaction and I could feel the smirk emerge on my mouth.

Ashton then smiled and leaned in slowly towards me, until our lips gently brushed and the familiar spark caressed like fire down my body. It was a beautiful feeling, relaxing and gentle. We both smiled as the kiss deepened. I was in total bliss.

END POV

BAILEY POV

"Mean Girls? Really?" Burst out laughing as Luke revealed the DVD cover.

"Yeah, this is life itself." Michael agreed with a hurt expression.

"How dare you insult the bible of high school society." Calum yelled, crossing his arms firmly over his chest. I couldn't help but laugh at the scene in front of me.

Three, 16 year old boys, defending one of the most stereotypical, teenage girl film in the history of the planet. They really where total dorks.

"Fine!!" I laughed as all three faces relaxed, obviously happy with my agreement.

"Guys?" I asked Claudia and Lizzie who where both collectively shaking their heads, huge smiles on their faces.

"Sure!! Why not!!" Lizzie laughed, Michael grinned and ran over to the couch she was sitting on, giving her a huge hug and kissing her neck.

"PDA!!! PDA!!!" Calum yelled as he covered his eyes in disgust.

"Ok Mean Girls it is then!!" Luke laughed,

"Now all we need it food...." I trailed off as I made my way towards the kitchen.

Ashton and Mikaela had been an a while. Like, seriously how long does it take to order 3 pizza's?!

"Ok guys we, sorry, the GUYS have chosen a movie..." I said emphasising guys, which earned me a scowl from Calum. I continued walking down the hall, curious as to why I hadn't gotten a response.

"Guys we......OH MY GOD GET A ROOM!!!"

I yelled as my eyes locked onto my two friends sucking face. It was so cute and I shipped Mashton with my heart and soul but really, in a fricken kitchen?!

They both jumped apart and began blushing furiously, Mikaela's hair was all messed up and Ashton's bandana was hanging around his neck. To be honest I didn't even want to know.

"I'll just be leaving now....." I smirked as I began backing out of the room.

"Just remember to keep the kitchen holy ground I have to eat there later!!" I yelled as I ran back towards the others. I had the slightest feeling this was going to be an interesting night!!!
