Shawn left and went downstairs to tell the boys (and girls).

The plan was basically to ambush the house.

I heard thumping downstairs as everyone rushed around to prepare to leave.

I walked downstairs and waited by the door.

When everyone was ready, we slipped outside like shadows in the night.

Because it was dark out.

And we were wearing black.

Hellooo secret operation.

Anyways,

We all got in cars (which thankfully were all black or blue) and started on our way to my house.

I gave directions into a little speaker which fed into everyone's earphone.

Don't even ask me where all the spy stuff came from.

I'm rich just leave it at that.

The drive seemed to take forever and I started to drift off,but perked up as soon as the car stopped two houses away from mine.

I tried to open the door,as did Kasey and Maeve in the backseat.

Shawn looked at me from the drivers seat.

"You guys are staying here," he said firmly.

"The hell with that," I said, reaching over to unlock the door from his side.

He pushed me away.

"You guys are staying here. We don't want you to get hurt."

"We," I glared, motioning to Maeve,Kasey and myself,

"Are the only ones who know the way around this house,so if you don't want to get lost then I suggest you let us go."

He thought for a moment, then unlocked the doors,grumbling.

"Yay!"I cheered quietly, receiving a glare from him.

I opened my door and we paired up.

Me and Kasey.

Maeve and Shawn.

I don't know who everyone else was paired up with because they were already sneaking towards the house and it was dark.

"We'll take the back door," I whispered, slinking across the grass.

I saw Maeve nod and lead Shawn to the front.

Kasey beside me, we scrambled through neatly trimmed bushes to the backyard.

We walked up the patio steps and I beckoned Kasey over to a small window near the edge of the house.

This window could always open.

There was a little trick to it though.

I'm pretty sure I was the only one who knew about it,thankfully.

I put my finger to my lips and checked my shoulder into the window,which rattled a bit and shifted the lock.

It was open.

We climbed through the window,and listened for sounds.

I led the way through the dark hallways, heading upstairs first.

I walked into the guest bedroom,and heard a scuf come from the closet.

I froze,and looked at Kasey.
