Kyanna's Pov-

"Mom, you can not be doing this to me," I say as she knocks on the door to the Gilbert's house.

My mom and Jhype's mom have been friends for years. Me and Jay aren't the best of friends. Him and I have been fighting constantly.

"Sorry honey, but I have to go to work. I'll see you in a few months," She said as the door opened and she shoved me in. "Bye."

"Mom," I said as she ran to the car and got in and drove away. "Oh my gosh."

"Kyanna," Jay said as I turned around and walked past him.

"Don't talk to me," I said as I sat down.

"Well, I have to show you where you will be staying," He said. "But, if you don't, you can sleep outside."

"Fine," I said as I got up. "Show me where I'm going to be sleeping."

"Follow me," He said as I followed him down the hall and into his room. "You'll be sleeping on the spare bed in here."

"Are you kidding me, no way am I sleeping here," I said as I tried walking out of the door but he stood in front of me.

"Sorry, but all the other rooms are taken," Jay said.

"I don't care, I'm not sleeping in the same room with an idiot," I said.

I turned around to face the wall but I felt. a hand on my waist and it turned me around. I then felt Jay's lips on mine. I was so surprised but I kissed back.

This wasn't going to be so bad.
