CHAPTER FIVE: DUNGEON RAID [ Part 2 ]

"What are we waiting for?" sabi ko at saka nagpakita ng isang ngiti sa aking labi, tightening the grip on my sword.

Sa totoo lang, natatakot ako ngayon. Hindi ito ang unang beses na humawak ako ng espada in games, pero this is my first time using it as in ako talaga inside a world that resembles our reality in a way, kahit na lahat ng impossible ay posible sa loob ng virtual world.

Napahigpit pang lalo ang hawak ko sa sword ko ng mga pagkakataong iyon ng magkatinginan kami ni Steven, both of us showing a bit of fear..pero nangingibabaw parin ang enjoyment at excitement sa aming dalawa.

It was as if both of us are in perfect sync, na parehas na parehas ang iniisip at nararamdaman that moment.

"ATTACK!!" sabay na hiyaw namin ni Steven as we dashed forward, opposite to each other, and starting to attack our new enemies.

Nagsimula ako sa isang malaking slash sa mga monsters na nasa unahan and dashing forward, slashing every monster that I could until I cleared a straight path for me, picking up myself and weilding my sword forward, getting ready for the next attack.

Umungol pa ang mga kalaban ko at agad na sumugod saakin with speeds that could never be compared to the ones I was fighting before.

Masyado ngang mabibilis ang mga ito. Ofcourse, I defended myself against them with everything that I could, but still gets a few slashes here and there.

Nagpatuloy lang ang pagpapalitan namin ng mga atake ng mga monsters dito. They attack, and I defend. I attack, and they evade. As simple as that.

I took a glance at my companion fighting against the monsters at the other side of the room, he was doing pretty good, slashing and breaking through the defenses of his enemies. Seriously, He was too skilled for this.

Muli akong bumalik sa mga kalaban ko as courage now welling up inside me. Mas niluwagan ko na ang hawak sa sword ko at sumugod sa mga kalaban ko, slashing and killing them in an instant with a determined look upon my face. Hindi ako pwedeng matalo ni Steven rito. I will show him that I am capable of being his partner!

"Gah! Berserker Dash!" I exclaimed as I dashed towards my enemies, a holographic shield forming in front of me as a giant spear of the same kind appeared in my left hand. Hinagis ko iyon sa mga kalaban ko with all my might, and as soon as it landed in front of them, the spear blasted into a giant ball of light, finishing and killing them all.

I collapsed on the ground shortly after, panting from all of the actions a while ago. Taking a short glance at my companion, my eyes widened, seeing his current situation. Napasulyap ako sa aking hp bar at napatingin sa isa pang bar sa ilalim niyon. Mhm, 45 points. Pwede na ito.

"Shield of Redemption!"

Tuloy tuloy lang ako sa pakikipagbuno sa mga kalaban kong equipped with shields. Kakaunti na lang rin naman sila kumpara kanina, and to say na hindi ako nageenjoy sa laban ngayon ay isang malaking kasinungalingan.
