To go or not to go, is that the question?

S.O.T.D YOUNG BLOOD BY THE NAKED AND FAMOUS :)

The Connor's cover to the side>>>

~

I don't know how I wound up at Andrews house but I did. I knocked on his front door awaiting his aunt or uncle to answer but stepped back slightly when he threw it open with a lazy scowl and nothing but a pair of black jeans on. His features softened when he noticed me and he opened the door wider.

Without a word I entered the large house and silently followed him up the winding staircase. I hardly got a look at anything else as I watched his back muscles, transfixed. He took a right turn at a narrow hallway and opened a white door. I really don't know what I was expecting entering Andrew's room but it wasn't what I found.

A king sized bed sat in the centre of the room, perfectly made, with royal blue coverings. There was a computer table to the right of the bed, just under the window, with a mac desktop, a macbook, a note book, and a jar of pencils on it. In front of the bed was a surround sound home theatre power centre with dozens of movies stacked, in what appeared the be alphabetical order.

The rooms white walls stood out against the royal blue and black color scheme of the furniture and bedding. His room was immaculately designed and was so incredibly clean that I stared in shock at the laundry hamper in the corner, overflowing with clothes, that seemed to be the only thing out of order. I didn't comment on this as I took a seat at his computer table.

"Two computers? Really Andrew?" I grinned tapping his laptop, "Couldn't manage one like everyone else"

"HaHa" he muttered throwing a red shirt on and ignoring my comment, "What brings you by?"

"This" I answered holding the pillow up and meeting his gaze, "I wanted to burn it..."

"So burn it"

"I couldn't do it at my house or my parents would think I took smoking up again"

"Ew" he made a face and stood up bringing a wooden waste bucket to me, "Throw it in"

I gave him a confused glance but did as told and he grinned at me, "Follow me, Harvard"

He exited his room and turned to the right where a blue door was painted with a female and male sign hanging over it.

"My aunt's kind of corny" He muttered opening the door. It was a simple white bathroom with a toilet, sink, and shower.

"Keep the door open" he said popping a window open and turning the shower head on.

"Is this safe?" I asked as he pressed the lighter.

"Probably not but, the grass is dry and I wouldn't know how to put it out in time...no hose" He said this like it was common sense and set fire to the pillow, quickly dropping it into the shower.

It instantly went up in flames and we both watched as steady streams of yellow and red licked the sides of the wastebasket.

"Crap" Andrew hissed as the wood began to crackle.

I hid a grin, watching him jump up and down trying to douse the fire with cold water from the shower head.

He turned to me the moment the fire let up and gave a small smile, "Not one of my best ideas, huh?"

"Nope" I nodded in agreement as he took a step to me. Clasping his hands around my waist he pressed a gentle kiss to my forehead.

"I'm glad I did it though"

"Why?" I wondered into his chest.

"I remember the day he gave it to you...in front of the whole cafeteria" His voice sent vibrations down my spine, "It boiled my blood"
