Chapter 12 - Ninja!

WOW! It's been awhile. It feels like forever since I wrote anything! And the reason for the long wait was because I was at my grandparents house and they do not have internet. I thought I was going to die, just kidding. But I will be updating a lot since I have internet again! Yay! I felt really weird not writing this story, I'm so glad I'm back!

Kenzie's POV

"Kathan." Jay kept whispering behind me, to get my attention.

"Jay, shut up." I whispered back to him, as I was opening the door. When we walked in we heard yeling coming from the living room.

"Max, that's cheating." I heard Nathan yell.

"How am I cheating?" Max yelled back at Nathan, followed by a loud smack.

"Siva you're out." Tom said.

"Aww." I heard Siva answer back.

When me and Jay walked into the living room, we found them all standing in a circle while Siva watched them smack at each others hands.

"What are you guys doing?" I said looking at all of them.

"Playing ninja, can't you tell?" Max said concentrating on Nathan's hand.

"Yeah, I see that, but why?" I asked walking a little closer to them as Max smacked Nathan's hand getting him out. So now it was just Tom and Max.

"We got bored." Nathan said taking the bags out of my hands.

"So you decided to play ninja?" I asked him.

"Yep." he said smiling.

"What even made you think to play ninja?"

"I don't know, we just really like that game I guess." he smiled walking to the kitchen.

I looked back at Max and Tom to see who would win and saw Max smack Tom's hand. Causing Max to jump up and down in celebration.

"Knew it." Jay said beside me, as he watched Max celebrate.

"How?" I looked at him.

"Max wins like 90% of the time." he said laughing. 

When me and Jay walked into the kitchen, Nathan had already started putting things away.

"Max won, didn't he?" he said smiling at me as I stood beside him.

"Yeah." I said laughing. "So who wins the other ten percent?" I said looking at Jay.

"Me." he said with a smirk on his face.

"What?" Nathan said looking at him. "That isn't true. It's me." Nathan said turning to look at me.

"Nath, you're always out first." he said making me laugh.

"He's lying." he said smiling at me.

"I'm not." Jay said whispering in my ear.

"Hey, stay away from my girl." it made me smile, hearing Nathan call me his girl.

"Your girl?" Jay said smiling.

"Yeah, my girl." Nathan said wrapping his arms around me and kissing me on the cheek.

"So you're an item?" Jay said looking at us.

"Yes." we both said at the same time smiling.

"Good, it's about time." he said smiling.

"We've ony known each other for a little more than two weeks! When should I have asked her?" Nathan asked still holding me around the waist.

"Two weeks ago." Jay said laughing. He grabbed a bag of skittles and a can of coke and walked into the living room, leaving me and Nathan alone.
