[JI-EUN]I shrieked in fright.
What was that?I held Namjoon tighter.
"I'm scared..." I whimpered."Tsk, they knew where we are." Jin glanced at the place where the bullet had landed.
I got nervous more. I was the reason why the killers found this place! I brought their lives into danger!
"Is it a silver bullet?" Hoseok asked while crouching. "Everyone! Don't go near the windows!" He announced.
"Namjoon... I'm sorry..." I said while he brings me with him on the corner of the space while the others moved to their distinctive chosen areas to hide at. "They followed me..."
His soft hand caressed my cheek.
"It's not your fault. It's more important that you're safe."At last, Namjoon is already back. But how can I feel relieved if slayers crashed down the doorstep without even taking more than two hours?
"Damn it,"
We all looked at Jin's way. His finger got burned and its fumes already made the others gape.
"It's silver."
I cringed, afraid for Jin. He didn't give too much attention to his finger, and he sprinted against the wall safely instead.
"We should be more careful," Namjoon told. "We don't know how many killers are there outside. Now, turn the lights off."
As they were told clearly, Jimin who's standing beside the doorway clicked the switch of the light.
Currently they are patiently waiting. Even I'm stammering behind Namjoon, I had kept myself mute.
After pondering a few minutes, we all heard a "bzzt".
"What was that?" I stated quietly.
"It's Taehyung," Namjoon replied. "Listen to me Ji-Eun. You have to stick with what I will always instruct you, okay?"
I gave him an assuring nod. "You know that they will use you to get us killed, so if I told you to stay far away from us, you'll do it."Before I can whine, ceaseless shots stormed my ears again. We crouched down, and Namjoon covered my ears.
"I will never leave you all!" I howled at him.
"Shh. Keep quiet," he said.
After the shots faded I just looked at him with fiery eyes until his attention was suddenly caught by the bullet that rolled down toward his way.
Seeing him attempt to get it, I refused.
"What are you gonna do? Don't touch it!" I batted his hand away and reached for the bullet instead.Everyone who's keenly looking at me waited for my answer.
"Not all bullets are silver." I mumbled, tossing the bullet repeatedly, reckoning on its dense weight. The gunmen took almost a minute to fire their guns inside the hideout again. I squeezed my eyes closed, anxious of what will happen. The walls already got holes in it, and the window glasses fell off.
"What are we gonna do?" I asked.
Bzzt.
At the moment Taehyung teleported back under the table, the sincerity in his eyes didn't wear off.
"There are ten killers outside." He said. "They were all scattered, surrounding all the angles of this house."
I wanted to suggest the only way I can think of right now which is to-- escape. We have Taehyung with us, why don't we just move in a different place where we can live peacefully-- far away from them?
