I am (Y/N) Gordon the daughter of Jim Gordon and Barbra Kean. I live with my father because my mother is "insane". They haven't met insane yet.
"Hey (Y/N) time for school!" My dad said waking me up.
"I'm up!" I yelled annoyed.

I changed into something I knew my dad would hate and I left my room.
"What are you wearing?" He asked annoyed.
"Clothes." I said pouring some milk.
"I have had enough of this! First you insult Lee! And now your dressing like.... a clown! What is your deal?" He asked furiously.
"My deal is you allow someone who isn't my mother to stay here!" I yelled running out of the house.
I made it to school and saw the teacher turn the tv on. The first thing we see is the people wanted and my mother.
"Hey isn't that Gordon's mom?" A student whispered.
"Yea at least we know the apple doesn't far from the tree."
I stood up and walked out of class furious. My teacher tried to stop me but couldn't. I went to the front of the school and called my dad but he didn't answer so I called Harvey.
"Hey kid what's up?" He asked.
"Can yo unable my dad come get me?" I asked as a tear streamed down my face.
"I'm sorry kid he is busy but I can have a cop come get you."
"No thanks I'll walk." I said hanging up.
I made it half way home when someone grabbed me and put a hand over my mouth.
"Hey baby." My mom said.
"Mom?" I asked hugging her.
"I missed you too so what's the deal with your father and that bitch?"
"Their dating and she thinks she can stay the night there with him." I said furious.
"Kill her."
"What?"
"I want you to kill her for me."
"I can't that would destroy dad."
I felt a sting on my face and looked to see my mother furious.
"I said kill her! And you will!" She yelled.
"Okay.... just don't hit me again." I whispered.
I ran home and burst out into tears. I forgot to mention my mother was always abusive. I waited for dad to get home and then I fixed dinner.
"Smells good." He said smiling at me.
"Yea... so why are you so happy?" I asked smiling at him.
"Lee..... and I.... are getting married." He said smiling at me.
I looked at him shocked.
"What about mom?"
"What about her?" He asked confused.
"She will be pissed." I said trying not to cry.
"(Y/N) your mother is a murderer she killed your grandparents. I'm only scared that she will hurt you." H raid hugging me.
That night I ran from the house and left a letter.
Dear dad, I don't want to break your heart so I'm leaving. I love you so much but I have to go. I can't kill Lee for mom so goodbye. Love (Y/N)
After I had ran far enough away I set down against a wall. I started to cry until I heard someone talk.
"What's a beauty like you doing out here crying?"
I looked up to see Jerome Valeska smiling at me.
"My mom is crazy and wants me to kill my dad's new fiancé... if I don't she'll kill me." I said wiping my tears away.
"Not if I'm around. I'll protect you." He said smirking.
"For what?" I asked.
"All I want is you smiling.... and being my girl." He said looking away.
"Deal." I said smiling up at him.
He smiled back and grabbed me. We started to run to a building and when we got in we walked to his room. He pecked my lips and then I kissed him full on the lips.
"Your going to be a lot of fun." He said smiling.
"You have no idea." I said smiling at him happily.
"Now lets go to sleep Babes." He said kissing me once more.
