"God I hate him." I said as I glared at him.
"Come on He isn't that bad." Tabitha said with a laugh.
"I know he is your brother, but he is a grade A asshole." I said angrily.
"That's just the sexual tension talking." She said as she took a sip of her drink.
"I'd rather screw a cactus."
"That can be arranged." A voice said.
I let out a groan and turned to see Theo smiling at me. I flipped him off and turned and walked away.
"Don't forget about the masquerade ball tonight! You better be there or I'm dragging you in your underwear!" Tabitha yelled.
"Yea Yea! I'll be there!" I yelled as I walked away.
I had known the Galavan's since we were children and for some reason I just couldn't get a long with Theo. Maybe it was because I have liked him since the age of ten of maybe it's because we have been dancing around each other for years, but either way I try to stay out of his way and he tries to stay out of mine.
"Stupid dress!" I growled out as I tried to zip it.
"Need help?" A voice asked.
I quickly turned to see Theo leaning against my door with a smirk on his face.
"What are you doing here?" I asked angrily.
"Tabitha asked me to come get you..... so back to my question do you need help?" He asked calmly.
"..... yes." I said as I let out a sigh.
He sent me a smile and walked towards me. He zipped the dress up and then moved his hands to my neck. I felt something get placed on my neck and I quickly looked down to see a golden necklace.
"A gift... make sure you don't take it off tonight." He said as he clipped it on.
"And if I do?"
"Then you will regret it." He said as he pulled away.
I turned to look at him, but he had already turned and walked out of the room. I let out a sigh as I grabbed my mask and walked outside to his car. After a few minutes we arrived and split up. I made my way to Tabitha and quickly got a drink.
"Six o'clock." She whispered with a smirk.
I turned my head to see a tall man with a black mask on. He had blonde hair and piercing blue eyes. I smiled as he waved to me. I felt eyes on me and turned to see Theo watching me closely. I smiled as a idea hit me and I walked over to the guy.
"Want to dance?" I asked sweetly.
"I've been wanting to ask you all night." He said as he took my hand.
We started a slow dance and after awhile I felt a hand on my shoulder.
"May I cut in?" A deep voice asked.
I turned to see Theo glaring daggers at me. I sent the man a smile and took Theo's hand and allowed him to pull me away.
"What's gotten into you?" I asked as we started a slow waltz.
"What's gotten into me? What's gotten into you? Who dances with a stranger that they have never met?"
"Someone looking for a good time." I said angrily.
"You think he could give you a good time? Please you can tell by how he walks that he is a virgin."
"Maybe I like virgins."
"You like a Virgin? Please you need a man with experience.... a man who can treat you like a goddess." He whispered into my ear.
"Know a guy like that?" I asked softly.
He quickly led me off the dance floor and to a side door. He shut and locked it and I smiled as I set down on a desk.
"So is the guy meeting us here or-"
I was cut off by Theo slamming his lips against mine in a rough kiss. The kiss had no love, it was only full of lust and anger. I quickly kissed back with just as much passion.
"Woman you drive me insane." Theo whispered against my lips.
"That's what I've been trying to do." I said as I pulled him into another kiss.
