It was a normal day at the GCPD. I got coffee for me and Harvey and then went through my files. What wasn't normal was that Oswald Cobblepot walked into the precinct and asked for me.
"What do you want (y/n) for?" Harvey asked standing in front of me.
"I need her help. Don't worry I won't hurt your loved." Oswald said with a smile.
"I'm not his lover." I said with a frown.
"Sure you aren't. So will you come with me?" Oswald asked with a smirk.
"It's fine Harv. I'll go with him. I come up missing you know who to ask." I said with a small smile.
I followed behind Oswald and into his car. We got in and he instructed his driver to drive to his club.
"What do you want from me Penguin?" I asked with a frown.
"I want your help in stopping a old friend of mine. He has become a nuisance and I need him gone." Oswald said with a smirk.
"When you say gone do you mean.... gone gone?" I asked softly.
"Yes. Gone gone. Dead. At the bottom of the ocean." He said with a chuckle.
"No. I won't help you." I said leaning back in my seat.
"Well.... that wont do. You see I really need your help.... and I know you need mine. I mean what would Harvey do if he learned about who you really are?" He asked softly.
"What are you talking about?" I asked looking at him with a frown.
"I mean your past. You know who you where before you became a assistant. When you where just Vixen, a hitman. Or would it be hitwoman?" He asked with a chuckle.
"You don't have any proof."
He pulled a file out of his suitcase and showed a picture of me without my mask on. I looked at him shocked as he waved it in my face.
"Alright I'll do it." I said softly.
"Good." He said leaning back with a smirk.

Two days later I had the man in my sight. I had got everything I needed from Oswald and was ready to take him out. I let out a sigh as I pulled the trigger. The bullet hit him and he went down. I quickly left the rooftop and made my way to Penguin's club.
"So is it done?" He asked with a smile.
"Butch is dead." I said softly.
"Good now I need you to kill Ed." He said happily.
"It was only for one person!" I snapped angrily.
"I never said that. I said I need your help. And I do I need you as my hitwoman." He said with a smile.
"And if I don't?"
"Harvey gets these. And he will arrest you and learn about the monster you are."
"Go ahead. I won't kill for you anymore." I said walking out of the room.
I made it to the precinct and walked up to Harvey.
"Hey you where gone for two days. What Penguin want?" He asked sitting on his desk.
"Your going to get a file. It's going to be about me.... please I am begging you don't think any different of me.... I'm not that woman anymore." I said as tears streamed down my face.
"(Y/n).... what are you talking about?" He asked softly.
I didn't say anything, all I did was walk away from him and to my house. When I made it inside I shut the door and started to put some things in a suitcase. I let out a sigh as I set on the bed and covered my face with my hands. I heard a knock on my door and stood up and looked out my window to see Harvey with the file on his hand. I let out a deep breath as I walked down the stairs and open it to see him looking the other way. He turned to face me and I moved to the side and let him in.
"I haven't read it. Wanted to. But haven't." He said as he looked down at me.
"Why? I'm sure Penguin told you that it was important." I said softly.
"He did, but I thought about what you said. This is your past, not your future. I don't need to know about your past all I need to know is the here and the now." He said pulling a lighter out and burning the file.
"Why would you do that?" I asked shocked.
"Because I'm crazy about you. I didn't realize it until I went two whole days without coffee." He said with a smile.
I laughed as he walked up to me and wrapped his arm around me.
"What you say doll? Wanna give us a chance?" He asked with a smile.
"Well since everyone already thinks we are sleeping together.... what the heck. I'm all for it." I said with a smile.
He laughed as he leaned down and pulled me in for a passionate kiss.
