"I'm doing good. What are you doing here?" She asked sitting beside me.
"Came to scare the crap out of Bruce's butler." I said with a wink.
"Your insane you know that?" She asked laughing.
"Yea I know." I said with a wink.

I jumped down from my pillar and went to the Wayne Manor. I smiled as I saw Alfred inside talking to Bruce. I slid down the wall and snuck into the house. I put my finger on my mouth to silence Bruce and then I walked up behind Alfred and when I went to touch his shoulder his hand grabbed me and flipped me over him. I laughed as I hit the ground with his elbow on my neck.
"Haven't I told you to stop creeping up on people like that? It's bloody rude!" He exclaimed annoyed.
"Oh come on it was to make Bruce laugh." I said with a smile.
He sent me a glare before helping me up. I smiled as I heard Bruce laugh.
"Who's this?" A voice asked.
I turned and my smile instantly disappeared. Standing in the door way was Reggie Payne..... my abusive uncle.
"(Y/N)?" He asked shocked.
"What are you doing here?" I asked backing away from him.
"I came to see my old friend Alfred.... who knew I would find you here." He said walking up to me.
"If you take one more step near me I swear I'll cut you." I said taking out my knife.
"Come on you wouldn't cut your uncle would you?" He asked with a smirk.
"Try me." I said with a glare.
"Reggie out now! And you put that knife away. Bruce I want you to go to your room while I talk to (Y/N)." Alfred said forcefully.
I bit my lip and looked at him sadly. I watched as they both left, but I kept my knife out until he left the room.
"Hand it over." Alfred said softly.
I handed my knife over to him and let out a sigh. He had me sit down and he set beside me.
"Okay so what bloody happen to make you wanna stab him?" He asked.
"He..... is a cruel man.... you can't trust him. He is abusive and a monster!" I yelled through tears.
"Hey... look at me... I promise I won't allow him to hurt you... ever." He said hugging me.
I cried on his shoulder until I fell asleep. When I woke up I was laying on a bed in Alfred's arms. I sighed happily as I snuggled into him. The next day I got up and went to leave only to see Alfred looking at me.
"I was just leaving." I said softly.
"I can see that.... you know you don't have to leave you can stay." He said standing up.
"And so what?" I asked with a raised eyebrow.
"Help me raise Bruce.... he needs a mother figure...... Reggie is leaving tonight." He said softly.
"I'll think about it." I said as he walked over to me.
"I could really use your help..... and I like having you around here." He said softly as he looked down a me.
"I should go." I said turning and walking away from him.
I heard him sigh as I made it out the door. I walked down the stairs and made it out the door. I went to where I was staying and laid on my bed. I screamed in my pillow and then decided to get sleep. When I woke up it was to someone knocking on my door. I opened it to see Bruce and Selina.
"What happen?" I asked as worry crossed over me.
They told me about Reggie stabbing Alfred and I went all on angry mod.
"I am gonna murder him!" I yelled.
"Calm down Alfred is gonna be fine." Selina said softly.
"I am going to end him." I said going to leave.
"You don't have to...... we already did.... he was gonna tell the people he worked for and we would be in danger." Selina explained.
"Okay...... we don't tell Alfred." I said softly as I took Bruce back to his house.
I went to the hospital to see Alfred sitting on the bed. I smiled as I leaned against the door way.
"How are you feeling?" I asked with a smile.
"Fine." He said going to stand up.
I sighed as I saw him flinch and rock on his heels. I walked over to him and helped him sit back down.
"Listen here you stubborn fool. You are sitting back down and going to rest or I will force you." I said annoyed.
"I guess the only way I'm gonna do that is if I have someone watching me." He said with a smirk.
"Did you get stabbed so I would have to watch you?" I asked with a frown.
"Maybe.... I mean I do like spending time with you." He said with a smile.
"Your a idiot." I said with a smile.
"Yea but I am a idiot in love with you." He said with a smile.
I felt a smile appear on my face as I leaned down and kissed his forehead.
"You better be lucky I love you too moron." I whispered softly.
He smiled as he pulled me down and kissed me gently. I smiled as I kissed back and then pulled away to lay beside him on the bed.
