BRENT POV

Jake better be here today. I called him again. "Hello? This is Jake from State Farm. Feel free to leave a message, or text me. Beeeeeep!" Darn.

Just then, I saw Jake walk out of his class. Thank god he's here. "Hey, you called me like, 20 times, what's up?" "Oh, I just got Charlie to sit with us. No biggie" I smirked.

"What! Already? How? Did you promise anything that may come back and hurt you?" I laughed at his outburst. "Yep, yeah, bribes, and no. I just gave her candy. And can you tell the guys to act like she's been here forever? I have this plan."

"Dude, of course. Don't want to get in your way." Jake playfully bowed, and I smacked the back of his head. "Ow, I'm going!" I love and hate him. He is like my brother from another mother. And father, but whatever. We've been friends for 13 of our 16 years of life.

As I walk to the cafeteria, I see Charlie. "Hey, ready for lunch?"

"Do you have my candy?" That girl needs to sort out her priorities. I hand her the bag filled with candy and she smiles. We talk for a few minutes so I can calm her down.

As everyone starts getting out of their classes, I ask her if she has a lunch.

"Yeah, my candy! I'm kidding, its in my locker" She reaches to a locker behind my head and opens it, revealing a messy hill of supplies, the bag of her lunch teetering precariously on top.

"You have a messy locker? Wow, mine is cleaner than this."

"Shut up and let's go" she said.

"Okay Miss Bossypants" I chuckled and she laughed with me as we walked into the cafeteria with everybody else.

I'm back!! I had MAJOR writers block, but I finally got over it. The should have group therapy for that. It would be awkward though. Hmmmm. Anyhoo, does anyone watch Arrow? I just finished season 2, and I'm dying! Welp, bye!
