Tom's POV
Bill and I were in shock. I knew we were thinking the same thing when we looked at each other and back at our sister.
"Bill and I weren't even gone that long. Who would-?" I began to ask Courtney but she put her hand up and stopped me.
"Let me just stop you and save you the trouble." Courtney said with tears in her eyes.
"It was Yu wasn't it?" Bill asked Courtney.
Courtney nodded with tears.
"We got into a heated argument over Peyton and letting me live my life the way I want not how Yu wants it. He hit me and raped me!" Courtney screamed in pain.
"I'm gonna kill him!" I said getting up and going to leave the room but Courtney grabbed my wrist stopping me.
"Courtney." I said and I could see the hurt in her eyes.
"Please Tom. I just want you and Bill to stay with me. Yu is only here for one more day. Please just stay with me." Courtney said.
"Courtney I think you should press charges." Bill said reading my mind.
"No I can't. Then Yu can just bring up that I'm a bad mother and get Peyton taken away from me. No thanks." Courtney said with tears.
"That won't happen. You and your band are doing fantastic. You have a new single that's off the charts and you guys are currently working on your next album with me." I said.
"Tom is right. Yu won't take Peyton away. We won't allow it." Bill said
"If I'm being honest I can't even look at Peyton right now. He looks too much like his dad. I just can't look at him after what Yu did." Courtney said breaking down. I pulled her into a hug that Bill joined as we both let our sister cry in our arms. Yu was a dead man.
