Bill's POV
"Okay! Time for operation Courtney's 22nd birthday bash!" I said excitedly and got my laptop out.
"You heard Courtney. She doesn't want a party Bill." Tom said to me like I didn't hear our sister.
"And you think I'm going to listen? When have I ever listened to her silly requests?" I asked.
"Well there was that one time...." Tom started to say.
"I meant about birthdays!" I yelled but not loud enough to wake Courtney and Peyton.
"Never but just don't go overboard." Tom said with a sigh.
"I won't." I said even though I probably would.
"I know you won't which is why I'm going to help you plan it to make sure that you don't." Tom said and I groaned annoyed. Now I really couldn't go over the top.
"Fine. Where to start?" I said and opened my laptop up and opened up the Internet.
"Where you want it?" Tom asked me.
"Well we should probably do a kid friendly place if Peyton is going to be there." I said
"Well we know Courtney loves the beach so why don't we rent out one of the beaches?" Tom asked
"Ooo that's perfect! Which one?" I asked
"What about that one?" Tom said pointing to El Matador Beach.
"That's perfect!" I said excitedly. Tom then handled the food and beverages while I handled decorations and reservations. Once I reserved the beach for Courtney's party I gave Tom the thumbs up. Tom and I did a few more things for our sister's birthday party and then called it a night. I had a few more things in mind but I would rest for now. I was going to make sure my sister had the best birthday ever.
