Jasmine's POV
I stood in the hotel room looking at myself in the mirror. My dress perfectly fit, my hair perfectly curled and draped over my left shoulder. My mom was silently crying while playing with my hair.
"Mom, you're going to make me cry..." I said while turning to look at her. She pushed out a smile and wrapped her arms around me. I felt a few tears slowly start to make their way out and stream down my face.
"I'm just so happy." She sniffed. "Look at how beautiful you are." Her hands held my cheeks. Her thumbs wiped away my tears and she kissed my forehead. "I'm so happy for you." She whispered.
"Thank you Mama." I sniffed.
"Now, let's go down before people think you're getting cold feet." She smiled.
"If anything I just want to marry her already. I've been waiting so long for this day." I whispered while walking out of the room. We walked arm in arm down the hall towards the elevator. I swear everything was going so much slower today. I couldn't wait to do anything. I just wanted to get out there, say the vows, and boom. Marriage. We got to the lobby floor, and made our way to the rooms we had rented out for the whole day and night.
"Look at my beautiful girl." Dad smiled while walking over to me. His arms reached out for me to hug him. I wrapped my arms around his torso and felt so happy. I was so excited to have all of this happen to me. Especially now. I couldn't wait for it any longer. "Pippa just walked in so let's pass you off to her." He winked. I took his arm and my mother handed me my bouquet of flowers. Pippa and I had gone with a wide assortment of flowers just to keep everything summer like.
My father walked with me down the isle and the music was already playing. Pippa was walking just a bit in front of me and I couldn't help but laugh since I could see her and she couldn't see me. When we got to the altar, Pippa turned to look at me. Her eyes already watering when her eyes met mine. I held her hand with tears threatening to spill now. Oh how I had yearned for this moment ever since she got down on one knee to propose.
"You look gorgeous." She whispered.
"You look absolutely beautiful." I smiled at her.
"Ladies and Gentleman, we are gathered here today in the beautiful marriage of Phillipa Soo and Jasmine Cephas Jones." Jonathan smiled. Of course we let him do what he asked. We couldn't say no to his puppy face. He defended and protected us when everyone else was busy with something else. I glanced back at Pippa, seeing tears brimming her eyelids. I knew she was going to start crying. Heck, I knew I was going to start crying.

"Well, as long as no one has any word against this marriage, speak now or forever hold your peace." Jonathan stated. I saw Pippa close her eyes while we waited a few seconds. "Alright. I now pronounce you both, wives." He smirked. "You may kiss your bride!" He grinned.
I eagerly pulled her close and kissed her passionately. My arms wrapped around her neck while hers went around my waist. Everyone was cheering behind us and I couldn't be happier. I really couldn't be.

The party was in full swing when we arrived, everyone mingling with each other. It made me so happy to see our families getting along so well with everyone. I was pulled away from Pip by my extended family. All of them wanting to talk with me and get all of the details about what they missed before the wedding. Pippa was busy talking with her cousins and getting congrats thrown at her left and right.
When I finally found her again, she was arguing with some guy away from everyone... I walked over slowly and caught the attention of the guy first.
"Oh. You didn't abandon her." He scoffed.
"Shut the fuck up and leave. You weren't invited." Pippa growled. The guy threw his hands up in the air and left the venue... I looked up at her and frowned.
"Who was that?" I asked.
"My ex. He thought he could just show up and try to take me away from you." She frowned. I wrapped my arms around her waist and kissed her cheek.
"Let's not let him ruin our evening. We have this whole thing planned and we took off from Hamilton just so we could enjoy ourselves tonight. Please don't let him ruin it." I sighed. She nodded and we walked hand in hand back towards everyone.
Our first dance as a married couple went as expected, awkward but cute. The food was amazing and everyone was just so nice to us. I kept staring at Pip, she was so gorgeous. She had picked out a wonderful dress. Her hair was perfect too. I was completely in love with her.

"Holy fuck. Turn it off." I groaned at the sound of Pippa's alarm going off. Why she had it on set so early? Beats the hell out of me. But it needed to be off. Pippa rolled over in bed and hit the snooze button on her phone. "No. It'll just keep going off." I mumbled while climbing over her to turn it off. My hair was all over the place today, as was Pip's.
"What day is it?" She yawned.
"Thursday." I answered while resetting her alarm for a normal hour like ten. "We aren't needed until later for the show." I said while snuggling back into her arms.
"Perfect." She mumbled while slipping back into a peaceful sleep.
