Jasmine's POV
Renee showed up with her kids to hang out with Diana while we talked in the living room. I was surprised on how quickly all of our kids got along already.
"So how long have you guys wanted this?" Renee asked us.
"We talked about it before we got married actually..." I answered. Pippa nodded while sitting back down. The kids were busy playing in Diana's room but they were being too quiet, so she got worried.
"But when we finished remodeling this place and before I started Amelie, we began the process so we could have a kid soon." She explained.
"Wow." Renee smiled. "At least you two are parents! Welcome to the club!" She laughed. I was excited to be a parent. Diana had only been here a few hours and she seemed to fit so perfectly into our lives already.
Talking about kids and such was something I was really going to have to get used to. Pippa seemed to flawlessly ease into it while I just listened. Renee was giving us all sorts of pointers on how to parent and how we were going to have to deal with her. I was mentally taking notes, hopefully never having to bring up punishment tactics with her.

"What is this?" Diana asked while poking her fork at the cut up steak in front of her.
"It's steak." Pippa answered. "It's really yummy." She grinned.
"Is it good mommy?" Diana asked me.
"Oh yes. She makes good steak." I winked at her. Diana nodded and quickly dug into her meal. After a few bites of steak and mashed potatoes, she let out a little squeal of delight and started scarfing down the food. "Slow down!" I said while placing my hand on her shoulder.
"You'll get an upset stomach that way." Pip smiled at her.
"Okay!" She said with a mouthful of food. I was glad she had an appetite, but goodness she didn't need to eat that fast...
Dinner went smoothly, even dessert with ice cream. It was like she had never eaten ice cream before either. At least she was happy and full now. Pippa was busy cleaning the dishes while Diana and I slumped on the couch watching Moana on Netflix.
"Mommy, you should come watch!" Diana called.
"I am watching it." I laughed.
"Not you Mommy. Other Mommy!" She laughed.
"Oh. I'm good. Lin harassed me enough with being in that movie." Pippa laughed. Diana's mouth dropped and she turned to look at me.
"What?" I asked her.
"Mommy was in Moana?!" She gasped.
"Yes she was." I laughed. Pippa walked out into the living room, laughing at Diana's expression to everything. She plopped herself down on the couch with us and placed her left arm around my shoulder. I leaned into her side and got a kiss on the head from her.
"We need to figure out better names for us. Both of us being called Mommy is going to be really confusing for us." Pippa whispered.
"Well there isn't really much to really go by..." I frowned.
"I know... But she needs to figure it out." She said quietly. I nodded, knowing she would have to figure something out soon. If not we were going to be so confused... When the movie ended, Diana was yawning and barely able to keep her eyes open.
"Alright, Let's get your teeth brushed and then bedtime." I said while lifting her up. Pippa cleaned up the blankets we had out while I took care of our kid. Diana smiled at the sight of her toothbrush, it was paw patrol but with the girl puppies on it.
"What are we doing tomorrow?" She asked before shoving the toothbrush in her mouth.
"Well..." I said while putting toothpaste on mine. "We can go to the park?" I asked. She nodded eagerly and I couldn't help but laugh. Pippa showed up in the bathroom with us after a little while. Diana giggled at Pip's attempt to grab her toothbrush without having it fall from the little holder we had, but failed anyway.
"I done!" Diana giggled while putting her toothbrush back in the holder. She ran out of the bathroom and into her room. I smiled at her then looked back at Pip who was scrolling through her phone while brushing her teeth.
"What's up?" I asked after spitting the toothpaste foam into the sink.
"Pam texted." Pippa mumbled. "She wants me in her next show." She spit whatever she had in her mouth out and rinsed out the sink.
"When is it?" I frowned.
"Not for a while." She shrugged. "I don't think I'll take it. I have to think about it. It's really too soon to do anything right now." She sighed. I frowned, but kissed her cheek. She needed a break. No more shows for a while. I peeked across the hall to see Diana getting herself changed for bed, which made me happy. She was already doing things by herself. I made my way over into her room and smiled.
"You look like you're ready for bed." I laughed.
"Mhm!" She giggled. I helped her climb into bed and pulled her covers over her. Pippa walked inside the room as well smiling at her in bed. "Thank you for adopting me." She whispered.
"You're welcome. Thank you for giving us the family we've always wanted." I kissed her forehead and watched Pippa do the same.
"You're welcome Mommy." Diana yawned.
"Goodnight little lady." I said while getting up. I grabbed Pippa's hand and we walked out of her room. "I say today went well." I smiled.
"I think it did too. We have a daughter! And everything is absolutely perfect. I wouldn't want it any other way." Pippa said before kissing me. Oh how I loved her. I loved that we started a family together. A whole year into our marriage and we have a five year old daughter together. She was the best. Both of them were the best.
