"Hi there son" a voice spoke while walking up to the teenage boy. Daniel instantly frowned. Then the frown turned into a glare, as he yet again struggled to be set free. "Let's begin shall we."

NOW...

"Where's my mother?" Daniel growled as he tried to lunge towards his father. And when not being able to reach him, the darkness just chuckled evilly. He snapped his fingers; and not even a few seconds later, a familiar women was being thrown in front of Daniel. The brunette instantly knew it as his mother and tried to get to her. She went to him instead and hugged his skinner frame.

"Oh, my baby. I'm sorry, this is all my fault. I should have known he was behind all of this. I should have kept you safe" she cried into her son. Daniel let a few tears slip himself, as he seen his mother in such a broken state. It was his fault that he brought all of them into this. It made his blood boil. He wanted. No needed to get back at his father. To show him how much pain he has caused.

"It's not your fault mom" Daniel spoke softly. "It's mine" he said after and locking gazes with the devil not standing too far away.

"What? No. Daniel you shouldn't blame yourself for anything that has happened" his mom said and moving his face so the two were looking at each other. Daniel practically went weak at his mother's loving tone. She was the only one who could make him feel like he was five again. She was the only one who could love him unconditionally. As a family bond of course.

"Mo-" He was cut off from David butting in.

"Aw. how cute. Makes me wonder what it would be like if we were still a family" he moved so he was closer to the two. Daniel's mother moved so she was blocking the teenage boy as best as she can. The darkness just laughed before grabbing her jaw. Daniel tried to break free yet again. "What it would be like before I had all this power" he pushed her to the ground and the brunette growled. "What it would be like if the darkness hadn't ran through my family for centuries" he kicked her in the stomach causing Daniel to grow angry. "If I didn't decide to let the darkness control me" he kicked his ex wife in the side. She groaned out in pain, rolling over to her side. David just wrapped his fingers around her neck and lifted her slowly. Tears began to roll down her face. "You wouldn't have left me Miranda. The two of us would have had the perfect life" he tightened his grip causing her to cough lightly.

"Put her down" Daniel growled from his spot in the chains. Both adults looked at him. "Because you seriously don't want to test what I can do."

"I'm shaking" David snickered while throwing Miranda to the ground.
