"Alright. You just have to think on how you want the poison and continuously chant it over to yourself. But you two have to be connected somehow" the grandmother said quickly. Daniel wasted no time and pressed his lips to Zach's. The pale boy relaxed under the kiss, as the venom started flowing from his body and to Daniel's.

NOW...

The two boys broke apart, suddenly feeling completely different. Zach collapsed onto the hospital bed, panting heavily. His eyes suddenly widened as he realised what Daniel just did. He snapped his head in the direction of the brunette, to see that he was shaking lightly as the poison started to circulate his body. The two connected eyes. The emotion that was shown, was clearly everything but positive.

"What did you do?" Zach whispered as he lightly brought his fingers to his now swollen lips. His grandmother placed her hand on his shoulder, hoping it would help him relax. He just tensed even more and felt tears begin pricking his eyes. He can't just let Daniel die. He just got him back.

"It's alright" Daniel replied before groaning in pain, grasping the side of the hospital bed. He was finding himself weaken every second that the poison course through him. "All that matters is that you're safe and alive..." He dragged off, tightly closing his eyes, hoping the pain would disappear. Zach shot up from the bed and grabbed Daniel's hands bringing him closer. The youngest then trailed his hands up to Daniel's cheeks and lightly caressed them with his thumbs.

"I can't loose you" Zach whispered, allowing tears to slowly fall down his cheeks. Daniel lightly chuckled before lifting his own hand and wiping Zach's tears away. The pale boy leaned into the touch, knowing he might never feel the comfort ever again.

"And the others can't loose you" Daniel managed out, before balling his hands and lightly tilting his head due to all the pain. Zach watched in horror. He needed to do something. He needed to think of a way to help. After all, he was all brain and no brawn. He got down from the hospital bed and allowed Daniel to lay on it. The brunette didn't turn down the offer and actually relaxed as he felt comfort from the sheets.
